Best Betting Picks to Place an NFL Parlay in Week 5
12 NFL teams are currently 2-2 (WAS tonight, TB, MIA next week could still get there); last year there were only 5 total after 4 games.

Top NFL Betting Picks & Prediction for Week 5
NFL Week 5 SU Parlay
Let’s start off our Straight Up parlay by looking at the Thursday night game, which features the 2-2 Patriots on the road at the 2-1 Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tom Brady had been at his brilliant best for the Patriots, but he is being forced to play big to cover for an inferior defense. More of the same on Thursday, and a win for the Bucs. For the first half of the Sunday night game, the Indianapolis Colts hung in there with the Seattle Seahawks. Mistakes in the second half did them in, making the final score look a little more lopsided than the game actually was. I like the Colts to bounce back against the 49ers this weekend. While still not playing that great offensively, the Pittsburgh Steelers took control of the AFC North with a big 26-9 win over the Ravens in Week 4. They will be home to a Jacksonville Jaguars team that has been a bit Jekyll and Hyde so far. Another win for the Steelers and a good to pick to an NFL Parlay.Latest NFL SU Betting Trends
- New England is 5-2 SU in its last 7 games when playing Tampa Bay
- Tampa Bay is 5-0 SU in its last 5 games at home
- San Francisco is 1-11 SU in its last 12 games on the road
- Indianapolis is 4-2 SU in its last 6 games when playing San Francisco
- Jacksonville is 5-2 SU in its last 7 games when playing on the road against Pittsburgh
- Pittsburgh is 5-0 SU in its last 5 games at home
NFL Week 5 ATS Parlay
The Cincinnati Bengals got their first win of the season in a dominating performance against the Cleveland Browns, which is no reason to get carried away. They are a 3-point home favorite against the surprising Buffalo Bills this weekend, and I like the Bills to win as a road underdog and to be on you NFL Parlay bet. The Arizona Cardinals have somehow managed to get to 2-2 despite being one of the lowest scoring teams in the NFL. They will go against one of the top scorers this weekend, and I like the Philadelphia Eagles to cover as a 6 ½ point favorite.
Latest NFL ATS Betting Trends
- Buffalo is 11-3 ATS in its last 14 games when playing Cincinnati
- Cincinnati is 2-5 ATS in its last 7 games at home
- Arizona is 2-6 ATS in its last 8 games on the road
- Philadelphia is 0-4-1 ATS in its last 5 games when playing Arizona
- NY Jets is 4-1 ATS in its last 5 games when playing Cleveland
- Cleveland is 2-11-1 ATS in its last 14 games
NFL Week 5 O/U Parlay
One of the best games on the schedule for Week 6 is the one that sees the Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys go head to head. The point total for this one is set at 52 ½, and I would not be surprised to see the OVER hit here. The Jets and Browns are not exactly lighting things up offensively, so we can perhaps expect a low-scoring game filled with FG attempts. The point total of 39 is low, but if any two teams can combine to go UNDER, it would almost certainly be these two. Perhaps more surprising than the fact that the Patriots are 2-2 through the first 4 weeks of the season is their performance on defense. They are being forced into shootouts because of those defensive frailties, which is why I think their game versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers goes OVER the 54 points.Latest NFL O/U Betting Trends
- The total has gone OVER in 14 of Green Bay’s last 20 games when playing Dallas
- Total has gone OVER in 4 of Dallas’s last 6 games at home
