Arizona Wildcats vs. New Mexico Lobos, Gildan New Mexico Bowl

When: Saturday, December 19 at 10:00 PM AST NCAAF Odds: Arizona (-10), OVER/UNDER 64.5 Betting Teaser Preview: The Wildcats limped their way into the bowl games and are hoping to get something out of their wasted-away season in the form of a bowl win. That, however, is easier said than done, as they will be facing a highly-motivated New Mexico team that will be virtually playing at home. Obviously, the ‘Cats still have some talented pieces to see out the win here, but don’t be surprised if they are shocked with an upset by the Lobos, who already won out-right as 20.5-point underdogs against the Utah State Aggies and as 31-point underdogs against the Boise State Broncos.

BYU Cougars vs. No. 22 Utah Utes, Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl

When: Saturday, December 19 at 11:30 PM AST NCAAF Odds: Utah (-2.5), OVER/UNDER 54 NCAAF Betting Teaser Preview:  The injury of Utah’s starting running back and top playmaker, Devontae Booker, in Week 11 has proved quite costly for the Utes, who dropped two of their final three games of the regular season. With Booker still out, the Cougars have an excellent opportunity to ride on the strong arms of QB Tanner Mangum to steal a win. That said, be on the lookout for a strong performance from Utah’s defense, which is likely to up its game to alleviate pressure in the offense, so don’t expect this game to be littered with too many scores.

Ohio Bobcats vs. Appalachian State Mountaineers, Raycom Media Camellia Bowl

When: Saturday, December 19 at 1:30 AM AST NCAAF Odds: Appalachian State (-7.5), OVER/UNDER 54 NCAAF Betting Teaser Preview: After cruising through a largely soft schedule, the Mountaineers (10-2, 7-1 Sun Belt) will have their work cut out for them this Saturday against a decent Ohio (8-4, 5-3 MAC) team is equally coming off good-enough season. Nevertheless, the Bobcats (even with their good defense) struggled against tough offensive teams, suffering three blowout defeats against three teams outside of the Power Five conferences. This means they could be in for another rough showing if they can’t contain the Taylor Lamb-led offense.

San José State Spartans vs. Georgia State Panthers, Cure Bowl Predictions

When: Saturday, December 19 at 3:00 AM AST NCAAF Odds: San Jose (-3), OVER/UNDER 56 NCAAF Betting Teaser Preview: Though San Jose’s QB Kenny Potter has some solid skills to feature well in this all-important game, all eyes will be on his compatriot RB Tyler Ervin, who finished the regular season ranked among the best runners in the nation. Against Georgia State’s 73rd-ranked defense in yards allowed per carry, Ervin could be due for a big day. This game will, however, not be a one-sided affair, given that Georgia State’s Nick Arbuckle and his top-10 ranked passing offense can also make big plays. Added to the fact that both teams come into this game with something to prove, you can expect a highly contested shifty affair that could go either way, depending on who will finish the game strongly.

Yes, Louisiana Tech is able to hang with Arkansas State’s offense and make a good number of plays on the defensive side to take this game down the wire.
