2022 College Football Over/Under Betting Picks for the Top Weekend Games of Week 4

2022 College Football Over/Under Betting Picks for the Top Weekend Games of Week 4

If you take a look at the current National Rankings, you will see some very familiar names sitting in the top 4 spots. It’s certainly a good place to be, but all of those teams will be well aware of just how difficult it is to maintain that lofty ranking. We have already seen some serious upsets this season, proving that there are zero guarantees in college football. In any given weekend, we can see a small team rise up and take out a much bigger, supposedly better team, such as Appalachian State taking out Texas A&M a couple of weeks back. Whether we see anything else on that scale of upset in the coming weeks remains to be seen, but for now, we are all about looking at Week 4 NCAAF Betting picks. Specifically, we are going to focus on our O/U picks for the week, so let’s get right to it.

NCAAF Week 4 O/U Betting Picks | 2022 College Football Analysis

Stanford Cardinal at Washington Huskies (OVER 61 ½)

Heading into this weekend, the Washington Huskies are sitting at #18 in the national rankings and looking to climb. They will have a very good shot at helping their cause, as they are in as a pretty solid home favorite against Stanford this Saturday night. What we are looking at here, though, is the point total, which is set at a rather lofty 61 ½ points. While that may be on the higher side of things, there are plenty of reasons why the OVER looks like a good bet. The Huskies have seen each of their last 4 games overall go OVER, while seeing the same outcome in their last 6 home games.

Tulsa Golden Hurricane at Ole Miss Rebels (UNDER 61 ½)

With Texas A&M falling by the wayside in the early part of the season, you have to wonder of anyone can challenge the Alabama Crimson Tide in the SEC West. Ole Miss will certainly believe that they have what it takes to do so, as they come into this weekend at 3-0 and as a heavy favorite over the Tulsa Golden Hurricane. This should be a pretty straightforward game for the Rebels, but what about the point total? What tends to happen with Ole Miss, given that they are a bit of an offensive juggernaut, is that the total gets inflated. That may explain why 10 of their last 11 games overall have gone the way of the UNDER. I am sticking with that trend here.

FAU Owls Vs Purdue Boilermakers (OVER 61 ½)

This is a matchup where both teams could really use a win to get their season back on track. This is particularly true for the Purdue Boilermakers, who are out to a 1-2 start. They were perhaps a little unlucky to come up just short against Penn State, but they will definitely be disappointed to have lost to Syracuse this past weekend. Both the Boilermakers and the Owls have been involved in high-scoring games in the early part of the season, so there is every reason to think we might see more of the same here. In fact, Purdue has seen each of their last 6 home games go OVER, as well as their last 5 overall, so let’s go OVER.
