If you’re a collegiate gridiron gaming fanatic and you love taking the guesswork out of often arduous ATS wagers by making simple Over/Under total wagers, then you’re in luck!

You see, thanks to the trio of expert Week 8 Over/Under total picks that you’re about to get, you’re going to have a great chance to strike pay dirt a whopping three times this coming weekend. Okay, with that said, let’s get started with these betting odds.

Here’s A Closer Look At The Top College Football Over/Under During Week 8

TCU Horned Frogs (4-2) at West Virginia Mountaineers (5-0)

When: Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 3:30 PM ET
Where: Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium
TV: ABC, ESPN2
NCAAF Odds: West Virginia Mountaineers -4.5 / Over/Under: N/A

Analysis:
The TCU Horned Frogs have won three of their last four games and are extremely well-rested after last playing in their narrow 24-23 win over Kansas on October 8. For the season, quarterback Kenny Hill is completing 63.3 percent of his passes for 2,142 yards with 12 touchdowns but eight costly interceptions.

The Horned Frogs (4-2 SU, 3-3 O/U) are ranked 23rd nationally in scoring by outing up a healthy 40.1 points per game. Defensively, TCU is allowing 30.0 points per contest to rank 86th nationally. West Virginia (5-0 SU, 2-3 O/U) remained unbeaten after routing Texas Tech 48-17 this past weekend. The Mountaineers have won seven straight home games as quarterback Skyler Howard has completing 66.1 percent of his passes for 1,590 yards with eight touchdowns and four interceptions.

West Virginia averages 32.8 points per game to rank 52nd nationally in scoring while also limiting the opposition to just 19.4 points per contest to rank a stellar 24th in points allowed. These teams have combined to score 61 points or less in each of the last three meetings, so that’s the figure I’m going to go with for this Week 8 matchup. While the Horned Frogs and Mountaineers are combining to average 72 points per game offensively, they also limit the opposition to a combined 49 points per game defensively.

I suspect the total for this contest to be set right around 61 points and I believe the Under is the best play for this intriguing matchup.

The Total has gone Under in four of TCU’s last five games.
The Total has gone Under in 12 of West Virginia’s last 15 home games.
The total has gone Under in 18 of West Virginia’s last 25 games

My Pick: Under 61 Total Points

Miami at Virginia Tech

When: Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 7:00 PM ET
Where: Lane Stadium
NCAAF Odds: Virginia Tech -4.5 / Over/Under: N/A

Analysis:
The Miami Hurricanes were on the wrong end of a humbling 20-13 loss against North Carolina this past weekend while the Virginia Tech Hokies got completely humbled in their stunning 31-17 loss against Syracuse.

Miami is averaging a healthy 36.6 points per game to rank 33rd nationally while limiting the opposition to just 14.0 points per contest defensively to rank a stupendous sixth nationally.  Virginia Tech is averaging 35.6 points per game to rank 35th nationally while limiting the opposition to just 18.1 points per contest defensively to rank 16th nationally.

Or this Week 8 pairing, I’m expecting the Total to bet set right around 52 points and I believe a pick for the Under is in order after seeing both team’s pedestrian offenses last time out and both outstanding defenses all season long. The Total has gone Under in 10 of the last 13 meetings between these longtime ACC rivals while also going Under in four of the last six meetings when they play at Virginia Tech. Keep it simple and expect a defensive battle!

My Pick: Under 52 Total Points

BYU at Boise State

When: Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 10:15 PM ET
Where: Albertsons Stadium
NCAAF Odds: Boise State -7.5 / Over/Under: N/A

Analysis:
The BYU Cougars have won three straight games including their 28-21 Week 7 win over Mississippi State while the Boise State Broncos got past Colorado State 28-23 on Saturday to move to a perfect 6-0. BYU is averaging 28.1 points per game to rank 73rd nationally while allowing their opponents to average 25.1 points per contest to rank 52nd nationally. Boise State is averaging a healthy 35.3 points per game to rank 37th nationally while limiting the opposition to just 19.3 points per contest defensively to rank 24th nationally.

For this Week 8 pairing, I’m expecting the total to be set right around 58 points give or take a few points. With that said, I’m going to urge you to make a wager on the Under. The Total has gone Under in seven of BYU’s last 10 road games while also going Under in nine of Boise State’s last 10 home games. Boise State has a really good defense this season, even if they don’t get a lot of national media attention because of it. I like the Under college football bettors!

My Pick: Under 58 Total Points
