Entertainment Betting Picks: The Mandalorian Season 3 Odds to Wager On

Disney is working on The Mandalorian Season 3. As of April 19, the streaming company has yet to announce a release date. Most believe Mando’s third season drops later this year. In fact, it’s almost a given that The Mandalorian Season 3 is an October show. In any case, MyBookie has odds on Mando’s and Grogu’s new season. Check out four prop Entertainment Betting options, analysis, and free picks for The Mandalorian’s third season.

Entertainment Odds Are Out for The Mandalorian Season 3

The Mandalorian Season 3

  • When: TBD
  • Streaming: Disney +

How many times will Mando appear unmasked in Season 3?

  • O 2.5 -120
  • U 2.5 -120

In the second season of The Mandalorian, Pedro Pascal, the actor who plays Mando took his mask off once. He only took it off when Luke Skywalker went to pick up Grogu.

In his guest appearances in The Book of Boba Fett, Mando didn’t take his helmet off once. But in The Book of Boba Fett, Mando got kicked out of the Mandalorian cult.

Crazy thing, but once you take off your helmet, yeah, you’re no longer a real Mandalorian. So there’s no reason for Mando to keep the helmet on at all, really. Not when he’s more like Boba, a Mandalorian outcast.

The Mandalorian Season 3 Pick: Over 2.5

Will Baby Yoda (Grogu) use the Dark Saber in Season 3?

  • No -500
  • Yes +250

No is almost a lock. Why would Grogu yield the Dark Saber? If you don’t know what the Dark Saber is, think a super powerful lightsaber in the shape of an actual saber, one a pirate might wield, that can cut through anything.

The Mandalorians created the Dark Saber and the big bad in the show, Moff Gideon, wants the Dark Saber so he can recreate the Empire. Mando doesn’t wield the Dark Saber very well.

So there could be an instance where Mando is fighting Moff Gideon and, yep, Grogu must step in and wield the saber in some way to help Mando. So we’re going with yes.

The Mandalorian Season 3 Pick: Yes

Will Ezra Bridger (Mena Massoud) make an appearance in Season 3?

  • No -160
  • Yes +120

Maybe. The likelier scenario is that Bridger gets his own series. After all, we already have a Jedi in the form of Luke Skywalker in The Mandalorian / Book of Boba series.

Bridger is a seriously important character in the Star Wars cannon. To give him a small part makes no sense. Also, Disney is coming out with an Ahsoka series. So Ezra is likely to show up in that show before showing up in The Mandalorian.

The Mandalorian Season 3 Pick: No

Will Princess Leia make an appearance in Season 3?

  • Yes -140
  • Yes +110

The oddsmakers say yes, but wait a moment . . . didn’t Grogu decide to chill with Mando at the end of Season 2? Wasn’t Luke clear?

If you go and hang out with Mando, forget you’re Jedi training. You can’t do both. So if we stick to the plot from the 9 film Skywalker epic, Luke decides to open the Jedi Academy after Grogu ditches him.

So why would Leia show up in a gang war on Tatooine? The gang war, for something called spice, which we must add feels like a Dune rip off, seems like the overarching plot of The Mandalorian and Book of Boba.

So, no, there’s no reason for Leia to show up. We could be wrong, but there doesn’t seem to be any reason.

The Mandalorian Season 3 Pick: No
