If you are fan of eSports, particularly League of Legends, now is a very exciting time, as we are heading into the Summer leagues across the globe. For those of you who don’t know much about eSports, now is a good time to get in on the action, as you can watch games online and wager with us on their outcomes. Today, we are looking at the weekend games in the LPL, which is the Chinese tournament of League of Legends. The Summer series has only just begun, but we have seen enough so far to get a decent idea as to which teams will be in the running for a playoff spot. Between Saturday and Sunday, there are 4 games set to go, so let’s take a closer look at each so you can plan ahead your bets against their League of Legends odds.

League of Legends LPL Summer Split – June 20 & 21 Matches

Oh My God (-243) Vs Dominus Esports (+161) – Saturday at 5 AM EST

It has been a horrendous start to the Summer Season for both of these teams, as they are both still looking for their first win. Dominus eSports are sitting in 16th out of 17 teams and are 0-3 to start the season. Perhaps even more troubling is that they have yet to win a game in any of their best of 3 matches, going 0-6 in games. Oh My God are sitting dead last at 0-4, but they have at least managed to scrape in a couple of game wins, going 2-8. It is that little stat that makes me think they might just come out and get the win on Saturday.

Top Esports (-370) Vs LGD Gaming (+231) – Saturday at 7 AM EST

You can’t ask for a much better game this weekend than what we are getting here, as these teams are currently sitting 1 and 2 at the top of the LPL standings. Top Esports are sitting at 3-0 and have dropped just 1 game in their best of 3 series, going 6-1 overall in games. LGD Gaming are hot on their heels, though, as they too are 3-0, although they are 6-2 in games played. You would think that this one would be closer in terms of odds, but Top Esports are clear favorites. It might be worth a shot on LGD at that price.

Suning (-208) Vs Rogue Warriors (+142) – Sunday at 5 AM EST

It has been a bit of an up and down start to the Summer Season for Suning, as they find themselves sitting at 2-3 through the opening 5 matches. That has them sitting in 11th, 3 places back of the playoff spots. They have gone 5-7 in games played, so still within reach. Things have not been so good for Rogue Warriors who, at 0-2, are still looking for their first win of the season. They lost both of those games 2-0, and I think they are looking at another loss on Sunday.

Edward Gaming (+110) Vs Invictus Gaming (-158) – Sunday at 7 AM EST

This is another huge League of Legends game, as we have both of these teams currently sitting in playoff spots right now. That could potentially change for one of these teams on Sunday, so a win here would be very big, even this early in the season. Edward gaming are tied for 6th with a 2-1 record, while going 5-3 in overall games. Invictus are down in the #8 spot with a 2-1 record and 4-2 in games. This is a tight one that is probably going to need all 3 games to decide, but I am on Invictus here.
