Rory McIlroy

This will be the second tournament for Rory McIlroy after taking some time off to heal a rib injury. While he looked a little rusty in his last outing, he still managed to end up with a 7th place finish. I expect him to be a little better at this event, and that may just be enough to land him the trophy on Sunday afternoon.

Jason Day

It has not been the best start to the season for Day, but he may be able to turn things around at Bay Hill. After all, he is the defending champion at this event, although it needs to be said that his previous efforts at this course have not been quite so good.

Henrik Stenson

Talk to any player on the tour about where they like to play, and they will all name a course or two that they always seem to perform well on. For Henrik Stenson, that course may well be Bay Hill. He has played this event 8 times, and has made the cut every single time. He finished tied for 3rd last year, and figures to be among the favorites again this weekend.

Zach Johnson

Another golfer that has not made a great start to the season, but who always seems to play well at this event. Johnson finished in 5th place last year, and it would not be a huge surprise to see him do a little better this time around.

Justin Rose

This is a player that is making a habit of finishing in the top 10, which is exactly where he landed at this event last season. Justin Rose did not play particularly well in his last event in Mexico, but prior to that, he had 3 top 4 finishes in the previous 4 tournaments. This is a man on form, and one to watch this weekend.

Tyrell Hatton

If you are going to talk about players that are in form, you need to add Tyrell Hatton into the conversation. In his last 10 worldwide starts, Hatton has been inside the top 25 in every one, including a win and 7 appearances in the top 10. That makes him a legitimate leaderboard threat this weekend.
