The Pittsburgh Pirates are one of the 5 teams in that hunt and they will be up against the Colorado Rockies on Tuesday, with the Rockies looking to get back in it. Colorado took the opening game in this series and they are favored by 1 ½ in this one. The run total has been set at 8 ½.

The Rockies were considered to be one of the favorites to be among the playoff teams in the National League this season, but things have not gone as expected thus far. The Rockies are sitting at 21-25 on the season, which has them 9 ½ games off the pace in the NL West.
