Now, let’s get started.

Top Betting MLB Series Of The Week (April 5th – 7th)

Right Now

There are two series taking place right now that you just don’t want to miss.Cleveland Indians (94-67) at Texas Rangers (95-67) The Indians may have won the AL Pennant last season before putting up a furious fight in the 2016 World series before falling to the eventual champion Chicago Cubs, but did you know the Texas Rangers actually won one more game than the Tribe during the regular season?Cleveland may be the favorites to win the American League this season, but the Rangers, among others, have the talent to bet out the 2016 champs and this series will show just how little separates these top title hopefuls.Chicago Cubs (103-58) at St. Louis Cardinals (86-76) The Cubs won a whopping 103 games and the 2016 World Series, but the St. Louis Cardinals are a perennial winning franchise and could very well challenge their NL Central rivals all season long if you ask me. The Cards picked up a thrilling 4-3 win over the Cubs to kick off the 2017 season on Sunday night.

Thursday, April 6

Seattle (86-76) at Houston (84-78)The Mariners won 86 games last season to finish in second place behind Texas in the AL West while Houston finished two games behind their division rivals despite being picked by many to win the division. The M’s are hoping for a big season out of gifted right-hander Yu Darvish while the young Astros are loaded with talent, starting with gifted shortstop Carlos Correa.San Francisco (87-75) at Arizona (69-93) The Giants won 87 games last season but finished second to Los Angeles in the NL West while Arizona finished 18 games behind their division rivals.  Still, this should be an interesting series as the Diamondbacks have tons of young talent and a ton of motivation while Frisco has legitimate hopes of getting back into the postseason and upsetting the Cubs for the NL Pennant.

Friday, April 7

Kansas City (81-81) at Houston (84-78)The Royals fell to 81 wins in 2016 a year after winning it all and making consecutive World Series appearances. Kansas City has motivation to both, beat the division rival Indians and get back in the postseason. Again, Houston has its own playoff hopes heading into 2017 so this series could turn out to be an AL playoff preview, even if no one is expecting it to actually happen right now.NY Yankees (84-78) at Baltimore (89-73) The Yankees won 84 games to finish in fourth place in the competitive AL East last season, but Baltimore won five more games than their longtime division rivals to tie Toronto for second place in the division. This opening series will likely reveal a lot about the legitimacy of both ballclubs’ postseason hopes, even though it’s clearly very early.
