Top NBA Week 23 Matches to Must Bet On From Monday to Thursday

You know you are in the final stages of the regular season when you begin to see the little letters signifying elimination or qualification for the playoffs begin to show up in the standings. The season is winding down and the playoff picture is beginning to take shape in the NBA, but there is still enough basketball to be played that things might look different once we officially reach the end of the regular season. The final battle for playoff spits and seeding is now well underway, which means that we have a lot of big games to look forward to. We are going to take a look at the week ahead to see if we can pick put some good SU picks to bet against the NBA odds, so let’s get to it.

Must Bet NBA Games From March 21st to 24th

Detroit Pistons over Portland Trail Blazers – Monday

The season is already over for the Pistons, as they have been eliminated from playoff contention. Portland is hanging in there, but their current form suggests that getting above the play-in line looks to be a challenge that they are not really up for. The Trail Blazers have lost 4 in a row and have just 1 win in their last 10 games, which is not the type of form required to make it into the postseason. I’m taking a bit of a risk and going with Detroit at home.

Denver Nuggets over LA Clippers – Tuesday

In this game, we have a pair of Western Conference teams sitting in among the play-in group, but Denver is essentially a win away from breaking into the top 6. They have lost 2 in a row, but they have still managed to win 6 of their last 10. The Clippers are also on the slide, losing each of their last 3 games. Denver has proven tough to beat at home, while LA has struggled on the road, sitting 6 games below .500 away from the Staples Center. Denver has won 2 of 3 versus the Clippers this season.

Miami Heat over Golden State Warriors – Wednesday

After a brilliant start to the season, the Golden State Warriors have struggled a little in the second half, dropping down to 3rd in the West, well off the pace being set by the Phoenix Suns. Their cause is not being helped by the injury to Stephen Curry, which is set to leave him out of the lineup for a few weeks. On the flipside, the Miami Heat are now 3 games clear at the top of the Eastern Conference and are winners of 7 of their last 10 games. Not quite the matchup we would like with Curry out, which is why I like the Heat to win.

Toronto Raptors over Cleveland Cavaliers – Thursday

We have the Toronto Raptors losing in one of our earlier picks this week, but I think they might get some redemption on Thursday night. Toronto has a shot to get themselves into the top 6 this week, but they really need to beat the Cavaliers, the team in the #6 spot, to make it happen. The Cavaliers have been playing .500 ball of late, but they are coming into this week on the heels of back-to-back wins. Still, I am leaning towards Toronto on home court in this one.
