Five Betting Reasons of Why An NFC Team Will Win the Super Bowl

While the AFC has had its ups and downs this season, and seemingly a different team holding the top spot in the playoff race every week, this looks like a year for the NFC to win another Super Bowl. The NFC is top-loaded and has numerous teams capable of taking home the sports top prize. Here are five reasons why an NFC team will win the Super Bowl this season so you can plan your bets against the Super Bowl odds.

5 Reasons to Bet On a NFC Conference team to Win Super Bowl 56

Reason #1 – Tom Brady

Until someone finds a way to stop him, we’re putting our money on Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. When healthy, the Bucs have arguably the best offense in the league. The running game has recently gotten going, and with Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and Antonio Brown, you’ll have a hard time finding a better offense. As long as the defense doesn’t put Brady in some bad spots, he’ll be ready for January.

Reason #2 – Aaron Rodgers

As you can tell, this is a quarterback-driven league, and the NFC is full of great quarterbacks. Aaron Rodgers still has bad taste in his mouth from last year’s NFC Championship game. Now that all of the offseason issues are behind them, Rodgers and the Packers look like they can make another run at a Super Bowl. His wide receivers are healthy, and Aaron Jones and AJ Dillon will be a hard duo to stop. Rodgers knows that time is running out, and this could be his last chance to win a Super Bowl with the Packers. He’ll go all out to try and win one more Super Bowl before the end of his stellar career.

Reason #3 – Aaron Donald & Jalen Ramsey

Aaron Donald is a unique talent, and he’ll make things tough for the opposition come playoff time. Donald can get to the quarterback using a variety of methods. He’s a matchup nightmare for anyone and must be double-teamed at all times. Jalen Ramsey is one of the best cover cornerbacks in the league, and he will be put on the other team’s top threat. Raheem Morris is in his first year as the team’s defensive coordinator, and they’ve been steadily improving every week. The Rams don’t have to pitch a shutout every week to win games with a very good offense. If the defense can hold teams below their average, the Rams should be right in the thick of things in the hunt for a Super Bowl ring.

Reason #4 – Kyler Murray

The Cardinals have been one of the biggest surprises in the NFL this season. If they want to continue to move on, they’ll need a healthy Murray. He has missed numerous games due to injury, and the offense isn’t the same without him. He has improved this season, and with all of the RPOs that the Cardinals run, he has to be the man under center. When he is healthy, Kliff Kingsbury’s offense is tough to stop.

Reason #5 – Jerry Jones

While Jones is usually the reason Dallas doesn’t win, we have to give him a little bit of credit this time. With the hiring of Dan Quinn as the defensive coordinator, a defense that many thought would be one of the league’s worst has been fairly productive. With a very good offense, the Cowboys can challenge for a Super Bowl. We know that they’ve hit a rough patch, but if they can get things going their way again, look out!
