Favorite: Buffalo Bills +380

At one point, it looked like the only thing that was going to stop the Bills from winning the Super Bowl was, well, the Bills. But since the days when Buffalo seemed unbeatable, the Bills have begun to look downright normal.

Buffalo heads into week 11 on a 2-game losing streak. The Bills dropped a match to the Jets 20-17 as a -11 chalk in NFL Week 9. Then last Sunday, Buffalo failed to close the door on the Minnesota Vikings.

To be fair, the Bills played two good teams. However, it’s important to note that teams offering less than 4-to-1 odds to win the Super Bowl shouldn’t allow any team to rally against it.

The bottom line with the Bills is that, like last season, the favorite may have peaked much too early in the season. Buffalo must regroup and regroup in a big way.

Smart: Miami Dolphins +1675

We know Miami is a good team. How? The Dolphins have 3 losses on the season heading into their bye this week.

All 3 losses happened in a row, which tells us Mike McDaniel made the necessary adjustments to ensure the Fins will never lose 3 in a row again this season. The main adjustment was allowing Tua to do his thing.

Tagovailoa has thrown 18 TD passes in 9 games. He’s thrown just 3 picks. With Tua leading the offense, the Dolphins have scored 31, 32, and 39 points in wins against the Lions, Bears, and Browns.

The knock before the game against Cleveland was that the defense had taken a huge backward step. But versus the Browns, the D stepped up, sacking Jacoby Brissett 3 times and forcing the best running back in the league, Nick Chubb, to fumble.

Any improvement from Miami’s D makes the Dolphins the smart play to win Super Bowl 57.

Longshot: Seattle Seahawks +5000

Sure, Seattle lost to the Buccaneers in week 10. To be fair, it’s a long flight from Seattle to Germany. Not only that, but the Seahawks were due for a let down after playing so well for so many weeks.

Quarterback Geno Smith rarely make mistakes. Geno can light you up with long throws to Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf. Rookie running back Kenneth Walker III averages 4.9 yards per carry.

So the offensive line is doing its part. The defense struggled early in the season. The D is rocking it now.

No opponent has scored more than 23 points in the Seahawks last 6 games. The total points scored includes the loss to Tampa where the Buccaneers scored 21.

In addition, and we can’t look past this fact, coach Pete Carroll has won a NCAAF National Championship at USC and the Super Bowl. From every angle, the Seahawks have a much better chance to win the 2023 Super Bowl than the +5000 odds indicate.
