2022 NFL Betting Analysis and Predictions of the Teams to Most Likely Win their Week 2 Match

The NFL is back, and now after a week’s worth of action, we have found a little more out about each team. In looking at Week 2’s slate of games, we’ve found a couple of games that we think have a sure winner. We’ll preview each of those games, and we’ll give you our winner in each of the games so you can place your bets against their NFL Odds

Who Are the Sure Winners in Week 2 of NFL Action?

New York Jets @ Cleveland Browns (-6.5)

The Cleveland Browns showed us that until Deshaun Watson returns from his suspension, they’re going to be a run-dominant team. The Browns rushed for 217 yards in a come-from-behind victory over the Carolina Panthers. Carolina had taken a 24-23 lead with just over a minute left, but Cleveland got a late field goal to win.

Nick Chubb led the Browns with 144 yards. He averaged over 6 yards per carry. That will be the formula once again this week, as the Browns take on the beleaguered New York Jets. Joe Flacco got the Week 1 start due to an injury to Zach Wilson. The MetLife Stadium crowd booed Flacco throughout the game, as the Jets were only able to muster 9 points in a loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

The Browns had four sacks against the Panthers on Sunday, including two from Myles Garrett. New York’s offensive line isn’t as strong as Carolina’s, so Flacco may be in trouble. The Cleveland defense will present numerous problems for the Jets.

Jacoby Brissett played well enough to win the game, and he’ll see a defense on Sunday that isn’t as strong as the one he faced last Sunday. With a strong running game to support him, we think that he’ll lead the Browns to another victory.

The Browns are one of our sure winners next week, as we see them beating the Jets and winning by at least 10 points.

Tennessee Titans @ Buffalo Bills (-9.5)

The Bills are the favorites to win the Super Bowl this season. In their season debut, they dominated the defending Super Bowl champions on their home turf. Josh Allen had a phenomenal game, Stefon Diggs looked like a top-tier receiver, and the Bills looked like a force to be reckoned with.

On Sunday, they’ll head home to take on the Tennessee Titans. The Titans blew a 13-point lead, and lost 21-20 to the New York Giants. The Titans lost a lot of key pieces from last season’s team, and now they need to figure out a way to make that production up.

While the Bills offense got much of the billing in last week’s game, it was their defense that shined the most. Buffalo sacked Matthew Stafford seven times, and held Sean McVay’s offense to just 10 points. With Von Miller leading the way, the Bills defense should be one of the top units in the league.

Buffalo will stack the box to stop Derrick Henry, forcing Ryan Tannehill to throw the football. Without AJ Brown, Tannehill now has to depend on Robert Woods to be the game breaker. We just don’t see this offense being able to hang with the Bills. Buffalo will run wild all over the Titans and will win this one by three touchdowns.
