The odds on the home favorite implies a tough match. Sporting KC had lost 2 straight, versus Vancouver and New England, before beating Nashville 2-1 in on June 19.

But although Kansas City isn’t in great form overall, the win versus Nashville could be a sign the form is turning positive. The handicap payout odds make the home squad more than playable.
