Okay MyBookie tennis betting buffs, with the 2021 Australian Open heading into its quarterfinal round of action on both, the men’s and women’s sides, it’s time to find out who’s in action and which players are offering the best value in their respective matches. Let’s jump right into action so you can keep betting against their Australian Open odds.

Australian Open Schedule for the Week: Upsets & Predictions

Let’s get started with the ladies first.

Hsieh Su-wei Vs No. 3 Naomi Osaka

  • When: Monday, Feb. 16, 2021 at 10:00 PM ET

The 35-year-old Su-wei is into the quarterfinals of a major for the first time in her career. Unfortunately, I don’t see her surviving the onslaught she’ll face from No. 2 seed Naomi Osaka. Four of the previous five meetings between these two have gone the distance, so expect another fight in this one. In the end though, Osaka is the bigger, stronger and younger player.

Pick: Osaka in 3 Sets

No. 10 Serena Williams Vs No. 2 Simona Halep

  • When: Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021 at 3:30 AM ET

10th-seeded Serena Williams survived a thrilling three-set affair against world No. 22 Aryna Sabalenka to reach the quarterfinals. World No. 2 Simona Halep similarly had to fight off a huge challenge to get past No. 15 seed Iga Swiatek in three sets.

Now, the pair will meet for the 13th time. Williams currently owns a 9-3 edge although Halep took their last meeting 6-2, 6-2 in the 2019 Wimbledon Finals. The good news for Williams is that she’s gone 5-0 in five career meetings against Halep on hard courts, including a three-set victory in last year’s Aussie Open. Williams has the huge edge because of her serve and will advance because of that!

Pick: Serena Williams in Three Sets

In the two other WTA Tour quarterfinal matches that haven’t been given official start times, No. 1 seed Ashleigh Barty is a heavy favorite to dispatch No. 25 Karolina Muchova. No. 22 Jennifer Brady takes on the unseeded Jessica Pegula on Tuesday.

Men’s ATP Quarterfinals

On the men’s side, No. 18 Grigor Dimitorv battles unseeded Aslan Karatsev at 3:30 AM ET on Tuesday morning.

No. 18 Grigor Dimitrov Vs Aslan Karatsev

  • When: Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021 at 3:30 AM ET

Dimitrov completely trashed No. 3 seed Dominic Thiem 6-4, 6-4, 6-0 on Saturday. Karatsev came back from two sets down to beat talented Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime in an epic five set affair on Saturday. Dimitrov is the favorite, but I’m seeing something special in Aslan Karatsev and I don’t see his magical run coming to an end just yet!

Pick: Aslan Karatsev In 4 Sets

No. 1 Novak Djokovic Vs No. 6 Alexander Zverev

  • When: Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021 at 4:15 AM ET

Top seeded Novak Djokovic will look to take another step toward winning his third straight title Down Under when he take on sixth-seeded Alexander Zverev at 4:15 AM ET on Tuesday.  Djokovic needed four sets to get past No. 14 Milos Raonic following his epic five setter against Taylor Fritz in the third round. Sascha Zverev has been on cruise control for four matches. Maybe it’s me, but I feel an upset brewing in this affair. Zverev is the younger and bigger player in this matchup and the German is hungry.

Pick: Alex Zverev in 5 Sets

In two other quarterfinal matches whose start times haven’t been determined as of yet, No. 5 Stefanos Tsitsipas takes on No. 3 Rafael Nadal while No. 7 Andrey Rublev battles Russian countryman No. 4 Daniil Medvedev.
