UFC Fight Night: Lewis Vs Spivak Betting Odds, Analysis & Picks

UFC Fight Night: Lewis Vs Spivak Betting Odds, Analysis & Picks

Time is ticking down on the 2022 UFC calendar, with just a few more events to come before the organization wraps things up for the holiday break. We will have another Fight Night coming our way this Saturday, but you all need to be aware that the “Night” in the title is a bit of a misnomer, as this one is set to begin at 1 PM EST. As you would expect from a UFC Fight Night, there are no title fights on the main card, but there a total of 5 bouts that offer up plenty of wagering opportunities. We are going to do our best to quickly break down all the fights on the main card along with their UFC Odds to see if we can pick out some winners, so let’s dive right in.

MMA Betting Preview for UFC Fight Night: Lewis Vs Spivak

Jack Della Maddalena (-588) Vs Danny Roberts (+394)

We get the main card rolling with a Welterweight bout that looks like it might be over before it really gets started. Maddalena comes into this one as a pretty form favorite, which is no real surprise when you consider that he is on a 12-fight win streak right now. Roberts is no slouch, but he has difficulty with consistency, going 7-5 in his time in the UFC. I think Maddalena gets the quick KO here.

Muslim Salikhov (-114) Vs Andre Fialho (-111)

While the first fight of the night looks lopsided, you can’t say the same for this Welterweight bout. Salikhov comes into this one looking to bounce back after taking a loss last time out. He is, though, still a very impressive 18-3. Fialho is 16-5, but he has been a little up and down of late, splitting his last 4 fights. They don’t come much better than this, and I have Fialho edging the win.

Chase Sherman (+170) Vs Waldo Cortes-Acosta (-222)

The big boys step into the octagon next for a Heavyweight bout that is unlikely to go the distance. Sherman won his last fight, but he really needed the W there, as it brought a 4-fight losing skid to an end. Cortes-Acosta is a perfect 8-0 to start his pro career, although it should be noted that only 1 of his wins have come under the UFC banner. Still, I think he looks like a very good bet for the KO win.

Ion Cutelaba (+140) Vs Kennedy Nzechukwu (-181)

The co-main event of the evening is a Light Heavyweight bout between a couple of fighters who could really use a win. Cutelaba is 16-8-1 overall, but it is his recent form that is a concern, as he is just 1-3-1 in his last 5 fights. Nzechukwu comes into this one on the heels of a win, snapping a 2-fight losing streak and moving to 10-3 in the process. This should be a chance for Nzechukwu to improve his record with the KO win.

Derrick Lewis (+160) Vs Sergey Spivak (-208)

We close the night out with a Heavyweight bout that looks to be pretty evenly matched. That said, Lewis is in a bit of a skid, losing 2 in a row and 3 of his last 4 to fall to 26-10 overall. Spivak has had no such issues and will step into the octagon with a 10-3 record that includes 4 wins in his last 5 fights. This one, for me, is a coin flip, as both of these men have real finishing power, I might be tempted to go the underdog route in this one.

MyBookie’s software and lines are in line with other books, but they really stand out with the promotions. They are more frequent and offer better deals than their competitors. I’ll never go back to another book.
