Lauren Murphy +180 vs Miesha Tate -220

19-8 Miesha Tate isn’t in the best form of her career. Tate has lost 4-of-5. The losses include dropping her last match to Ketlen Vieira via unanimous decision on Nov. 20 last year.

Lauren Murphy is 15-5. Like Tate, Murphy lost her last bout. But Lauren’s loss happened in a title fight against Valentina Schevchenko. Murphy is the play.

UFC Fight Night: Lauren Murphy

Shane Burgos -170 vs Charles Jourdain +145

Jourdain and Burgos bring similar records into this match. Burgos is 14-3. Jourdain is 13-4-1. Which fighter gets the edge?

The underdog has won 3-of-4. He’s 8-0 via TKO or KO victories and 4-1 via submission wins. So although the dog gives up 5 ½” inches in reach and is a couple inches shorter than the chalk, he’s worth a nod.

UFC Fight Night: Charles Jourdain

Matt Schnell +210 vs Sumudaerji -260

15-6 Matt Schnell will enter this matchup a major underdog versus Sumudaerji. The favorite has a 16-4 record and a 2-inches reach advantage.

Sumudaerji lost twice in 2018. But since then he has won 3 straight. In his last, the favorite beat Zarrukh Adashev via unanimous decision. Schnell has lost twice with a draw in his last 4. The chalk should take this.

UFC Fight Night: Sumudaerji

Li Jingliang +140 vs Muslim Salikhov -165

Muslim Salikhov is 18-2. He’s 12-0 via technical knockout or knockout and has won his last 5 bouts.

But although Salikhov is a tough fighter and is on a winning streak, he hasn’t knocked out an opponent since 2019, winning his last 3 via decision. Li Jingliang has lost 2-of-3.

The 18-7 overall record underdog has a 2 inches height advantage and is 9-0 via TKO or KO wins and 4-2 via submissions. The dog can bite.

UFC Fight Night: Li Jingliang

Michelle Waterson -270 vs Amanda Lemos -340

11-2-1 Amanda Lemos is one of the main card’s most likely winners. The chalk has an inch height and a 3 inches reach advantage over 18-9 Michelle Waterson.

Lemos lost her last bout. But that was versus one of the most feared women mixed-martial-artists at UFC, Jessica Andrade. Waterson has lost 3-of-4. Lemos wins.

UFC Fight Night: Amanda Lemos

Brian Ortega -170 vs Yair Rodriguez +145

Ortega versus Rodriguez could be a classic. The favorite has a 15-2 record. Both losses happened in Brian’s last 3 bouts. Both losses were championship fights.

Rodriguez is 14-3. Yair lost his last bout via unanimous decision to Max Holloway. Ortega fell to Holloway via TKO in 2018. In his last bout, Alexander Volkanovski beat Brian Ortega via unanimous decision.

Although the underdog, Rodriguez has a couple of physical advantages. He’s taller and has a longer reach. This can go either way. So it makes sense to back Rodriguez at the higher odds.

UFC Fight Night: Yair Rodriguez
