The Breakers pulled off one of the more surprising victories of the season by beating the Stallions 45-31 in Week 3. New Orleans has a balanced offense led by quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson, who has passed for 1,511 yards. The Breakers rushing attack is led by Wes Hills, who has 501 yards.
Birmingham righted the ship by beating up Michigan 27-13 last week. The Stallions, who are 4-2, had a rough run of three games. Birmingham has had to lean on backup quarterback Alex McGough, who passes for 1,106 yards. McGough also leads the team with 296 rushing yards.

While the Maulers are still excellent on defense, Pittsburgh’s offense once again looks like a major question mark. The Stars have climbed back into first place in teh division at 3-3 despite not scoring an offensive touchdown in the past two weeks. Philadelphia is on a two-game winning streak.

The Panthers haven’t looked the same since their 2-0 start. Michigan has made a habit of turning the ball over and its offense has totally fallen apart. While the Panthers are tied with teh Generals for most points scored in the division, scoring 17.2 points per game is tied for the fifth-best mark in the eight-team league. New Jersey’s defense will lock things down and get the Generals back on track.
