Why New Orleans Saints are a good bet +3?
Forget last year’s NFC Championship. Think about this past Monday night’s battle with the Houston Texans. DeShaun Watson dominated the Saints’ defense, yet New Orleans escaped with a 30-28 victory. How? Guts, determination, and a quarterback named Drew Brees.
New Orleans is loaded on both sides of the ball. So, a few tweaks on defense, and better play-calling from defensive coordinator Dennis Allen, should lead to a Saints moneyline victory in Week 2, much less a cover against the spread.

Why L.A. Rams are a good bet -3?
It’s apparent that the Rams learned a lot from the Super Bowl loss. Los Angeles started their season against the Panthers in Carolina. The Rams took their time on offense and played great defense in the first half. Although Carolina made a big run in the second half, the Rams escaped with a victory.
Not panicking, remaining calm, sticking to the game plan, these are all things LAR displayed in their Week 1 victory. That professionalism can carry them to a win and cover against New Orleans on Sunday.

Saints vs Rams Final NFL Betting Analysis
This should be the featured game in Week 2. Both teams have excellent offenses and very good defenses. The Saints get the edge, though, for a couple of reasons. First, New Orleans beats the Rams at the quarterback position.
Drew Brees showed no ill-effects of another offseason in his long career versus the Houston Texans on Monday night. Brees threw for 370 yards and 2 TD passes. He got over an interception in the red zone early in the game to lead the Saints to a win. The final drive he orchestrated was brilliant.
Second, the Rams allowed Christian McCaffrey to rush for 128 yards and 2 touchdowns and to catch 10 passes for 81 yards. Alvin Kamara is a McCaffrey clone. Brees and Kamara will ensure the Saints score a lot of points while New Orleans defense should play better than it did on Monday night. New Orleans wins straight up.
