Why bet on the Pittsburgh Penguins

The Penguins were given a little dose of their own medicine in Game 3, as they surrendered a bunch of quick goals to fall behind in that one. The champions have been offensively explosive in this series on home ice, and they need to recapture that in this game if they want to put the screws back on the Predators. It wasn’t really a huge surprise that Pittsburgh let up a little in Game 3, as they were perhaps in too comfortable a position. The Predators will be pleased with their offensive outburst in the last game, but are likely to be even happier that their goaltending and defense was back to normal, as both looked pretty ordinary in the opening two games of this series. With that win, the Predators are now 8-1 at home through the playoffs, but need win #9 if they are to have a realistic shot at the cup.
