Here’s your Champions Cup Odds! Every region in the world has a tournament or two that is always fun to watch. For those of you who like watching Liga MX and the MLS, the Champions Cup is a tournament that should be right up your alley. Unfortunately, this version of the tournament is almost over, as we are down to the semi-finals now, with just 2 more games to come before we find out who will be playing in the final.
Both games are played over 2 legs, with the opening game already in the books. One of the matchups is very much hanging in the balance, while the other might well already be done.
CONCACAF Champions Cup Odds, Betting Predictions for Leg 2 Matchups
We are going to take a closer look at both games to see if we can figure out who might be going to the CONCACAF Champions Cup Final.
Champions Cup Semi-Final Leg 2 Matchups
We are down to the final 4 teams, and there have definitely been some surprises along the way.
We did get a nice little quirk in that we have an all-MLS affair in one of the semi-final matchups, while the other is being contested by a pair of Mexican teams from Liga MX.
The second legs will be played on Wednesday and Thursday, so let’s break them down, making some predictions as we go:
Inter Miami -200 vs Vancouver +490 (Draw +350)
CONCACAF Betting: Inter Miami 2-1 Vancouver
When: Wednesday, April 30, 2025, 8:00 PM
Coming into this tournament, the bracket made it seem as though we could well be looking at Miami and Club America meeting in the final.
The Mexican giants have been eliminated already, and it now looks as though Inter Miami could be in trouble.
Playing on the road in the opening leg is always problematic.
The road team tends to look to keep things tight, but the risk there is that not taking offensive chances could lead to problems.
That is what happened to Inter Miami in Leg 1, and now they are at home looking to overcome a 2-0 deficit. They also lost 4-3 this past weekend in MLS play, so this Inter Miami team is not in great form.
That is certainly not the case with the Vancouver Whitecaps, as they come into this game looking very strong, as they have the lead in the Western Conference in the MLS.
They are unbeaten in their last 5 games and are coming off a 3-1 road win over Minnesota this past weekend.
Many of us though Vancouver might struggle without the services of Ryan Gauld, who is injured, but they have been doing fine without him.
With a huge amount of talent at their disposal, it is impossible to completely write off Messi and company, but I think the hole they are in right now might be just a little too deep.

Cruz Azul -101 vs Tigres +270 (Draw +250)
CONCACAF Betting: Cruz Azul 1-0 Tigres
When: Thursday, May 1, 2025, 10:00 PM
You have to hand it to Cruz Azul for getting the job done on the road in the opening game of this semi-final.
They were not able to come away with a win, but heading home in a 2-leg affair with the matchup tied at 1-1 is the next best thing to going home with the lead.
It also shows the mentality of this team, as they could have easily taken their foot off the gas after knocking out America, who were favored to win it all.
Let’s not forget, though, that Cruz Azul finished top of the Apertura before losing in the playoffs, so they are at the top of their game and come into this one unbeaten in their last 5.
Tigres will be a little disappointed that they didn’t pick up the win in their home leg, but they are still very much in this thing, although getting a win on the road against a very good team is not going to be easy.
Tigres have been in very decent form of late, winning 3 and drawing 2 to go unbeaten in their last 5 games overall.
Matchups between these teams have been historically tight, with games either ending in a draw or being decided by a single goal.
I think we will see that trend continue in this game, and I like Cruz Azul to get the win on home soil.
^Which Team is Going to Win the Champions Cup?
This is a question that we have had a problem with this season, as we went with America pretty much from the start.
Inter Miami seemed like the next best pick, but they are now in a hole that is going to be very difficult to get out of.
With that in mind, how do we see things playing out? Given how well Vancouver has been playing this season, they should be able to hold on to a 2-goal lead over Miami, although I do believe that Messi will do all he can to keep his club alive.
I also like Cruz Azul to win at home and move on to the final.
^Our Final Pick to Win the CONCACAF Champions Cup
Now, if we are to assume that the predictions made here are correct, we will have a final between Vancouver and Cruz Azul. Both teams are in good form, so that is a bit of a wash when comparing them that way.
The other thing to consider is that Mexican teams more often than not win this tournament, so you would assume that whichever Liga MX team makes it into the final would be the favorite.
I am looking at Vancouver, though, and seeing a team that is in truly great form and firing on all cylinders. With that in mind, and it may come back to haunt me, my final pick to win it all is the Vancouver Whitecaps.
