General Bonus Rules

Promotions and bonuses are restricted to one per deposit, person, account, household, email, telephone number, singular payment account, and shared computer, such as a school, public library, or workplace computer. MyBookie does not make exceptions to this rule.
All promotions exist for recreational players only. Management reserves the right to refute or retract any bonus or promotions to whoever falls outside this designation. Players opening numerous accounts to receive multiple bonuses are in violation of these bonus policies. If a player engages in this activity, all accounts will be subject to immediate closure.
If a member controls multiple accounts, all promotional bonuses, credits achieved, and winnings produced from the accounts will be void.
Players wagering on Steam plays, participating in a gambling organization, or misusing our bonus and promotions program, will have all promotions canceled and all winnings from these promotions forfeited.
Repeated deposits on top of an active balance are not eligible for the bonus program. Management reserves the right to refute or retract any bonus or promotions to players who abuse the bonus system in such a manner. Those players will forfeit all winnings from promotions.
Players cannot retroactively forfeit a bonus after receiving one. Players must follow all terms and conditions regarding bonuses before MyBookie will issue any payouts.
Each time a sports wager placed with the Available balance is settled, the amount that counts toward the rollover is:

– If your bet wins: We will count the lower value between the amount you risked and the amount you won.
– If your bet is a loss: We will count your entire risk amount towards rollover when the wager loses.

Free play associated with deposit bonuses expires after 30 days.
The ‘risk’ amount of free play does not count toward any of the rollover.
Rollover means that the player must wager the quantified amount at least that many times before requesting a payout. For example, a player deposits $100 and receives a 10% ($10) re-up bonus with a 5x rollover prerequisite. That player needs to put $550 in action before requesting a payout. ($110, deposit + bonus, x5.)
Once a player receives a bonus, he cannot request a payout until he meets the rollover obligation.
Pending wagers will update the Rollover progress bar temporarily, but the final calculation will not occur until the wager is settled or canceled.
Wagers resulting in a termination due to a postponed event, push, or no action, do not count toward the rollover requirement.
Should a free-play wager result in an annulment or No Action, the player must contact our wagering department via phone or email to get the amount refunded to their free-play balance.
If a player with an ongoing balance from a previous deposit funds his or her account again, and one or both of the deposits are associated with a bonus, he or she must finish all rollover requirements and holding periods before requesting a payout.
Players given promotions, including No Deposit promotions and contest winnings from affiliates or sponsor sites, must comply with all terms and regulations of such promotions before requesting a payout.
Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other bonuses or promotions.
To qualify for social media promotions and free play giveaways, players must be eligible to receive promotional bonuses on the site. MyBookie reserves the right to cancel or modify all social media promotional offerings and policies without warning or prior notice.
Restrictions apply to circled and limited games.
MyBookie considers wagering on both sides of the game using any form of promotional money (free play or cash bonus) to be duplicitous conduct. This includes making bets of this nature through any of our affiliate sites. Any money won from playing both sides of the same game will be deducted, along with any other promotional money endorsed to the player. It may also result in the annulment of the player’s wagering account, and the player could accrue additional penalties based on the offense.
Wagering on both sides of the same game for the sole determination of finishing a rollover obligation is absolutely forbidden. Such wagers will not count toward the rollover requirements. Any winnings resulting from such activity will be overturned.
The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated by non-deposit bonuses of $25 or less is $125. Once a withdrawal is requested, the remaining funds will be reduced to zero. Please see Withdrawal Terms and Conditions for more details.
MyBookie reserves the right to cancel or modify all promotional offerings and policies without warning or prior notice.
MyBookie reserves the right to remove the availability of all offers to a player at any time.
These bonus and promotion rules will supplant any verbal or written offering by any MyBookie employee.
When participating in Free to Enter Casino Tournaments, you’re required to have at least one successful deposit on-site to be entitled to any winnings. If you haven’t made a successful deposit before the start of the tournament in question, all winnings will be void. Tournament winnings and account information are subject to verification and review at the time of a payout request.

Bonus: Entering a promo code but not receiving a bonus

Not reaching the minimum deposit amount is the most common reason for a bonus not being applied to a player account.

For example:
Our welcome bonuses have a $45 minimum deposit to activate and our Reload bonuses are $100 to activate.

Customers may review the Terms and Conditions associated with a specific promotional code. If you met the terms of the offer and still didn’t receive your bonus, please contact our Account Management Team and one of our representatives would be happy to assist you.

What is Free Play?

Every time you redeem a bonus, you will receive a portion of your deposit in the form of a free-play, an additional “money” balance separate from your real money balance. Free–play rewards are added to a separate balance different from your real money balance. You can use your Free–Play to wager on sports only. Only the winnings will be credited to your account. Free-play will come with an attached rollover rate.

Free plays have one important difference from cash or real money bonuses. When you bet from your Free-play balance, the free-play is removed from the balance, regardless of the outcome of a wager.

Example:
If you have a $300 Free-play balance, and you bet $100 from free-play funds, that amount will drop to $200 regardless if the bet wins or loses. Free-play wagers do not refund your stake along with your winnings but instead add to your cash balance if, and only if, the bet is won.

Free-play may be subject to a Rollover requirement based on the Terms and Conditions of a particular promotion.

How to use free play Sportsbook Bonus

You can use free play towards straight, teasers, and parlays of any sport excluding horse racing.

To use your free play:

Make your selections
Tap the circled number in the top right corner of your screen to access the bet slip.
Enter the amount you want to risk
Tap the “Use Free Play” box.
Tap “Place Bet” and that’s it.

Free Play and Match Play Rules

You can use free plays and match plays on any sport, and on straight bets, parlays, teasers, props, or live betting.
Our Prop builder, Virtual Sports, Horse Racing, and Casino do not allow free play.
MyBookie displays available free plays separately from your cash balance.
Wagers placed using Free Play do not count toward your bonus rollover requirement calculation.
You must meet all rollover requirements by wagering on sports, which excludes Casino or horse racing action.

Free-Play Restrictions

MyBookie does not allow the use of free plays on controlled or restricted games.
MyBookie’s maximum wager limits for each sporting event also apply to free play funds.
Free plays are limited to winnings.

Birthday Bonus

MyBookie offers its players a $20 Free Play Birthday Bonus with a 5x rollover every year on their birthday.

To qualify for the Birthday Bonus, players must meet the following criteria:

You must have made at least 1 successful deposit.
Your account must be in good standing.
You must be eligible to receive promotions.
You must have opted in to receive promotional emails.
Players will receive their Birthday Bonus via email. They should receive this email by 10PM ET on their date of birth. Players have 7 days from the time they receive their
Birthday Bonus email to claim their Free Play Bonus.

Non-Deposit Bonus Rules

Unless otherwise stipulated in a bonus’ specific Rules and Regulations, the following restrictions will apply to any non-deposit bonus:

Free play bonuses have a 3-time rollover unless specified otherwise.
Non-deposit free play bonuses expire after 14 days.
Cash bonuses have a 1-time rollover unless specified otherwise.
The player must be an active client for at least 30 days and have an average of at least 7 bets per week.
If the bonus is intended for casino activity, the player must complete the necessary action on the corresponding game (if exclusive).
For all MyBookie non-deposit bonuses, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated by the non-deposit bonus is $125. Once a withdrawal is requested, the remaining funds will be reduced to zero.
Casino rollover is calculated: deposit 1x + bonus 40x = rollover requirement. For casino rollover, see casino bonus rules.

What Does Free Bet mean?

A free bet is a free cash wager that is not drawn from your existing balance. In other words, you have no risk of losing any cash. If you win the bet, you receive cash with NO rollover. If you lose the bet, your balance will not change.

Rules around risk-free bets

Free bets apply to straight wagers only (bet against the spread, money line, or points total).

You cannot parlay a free bet.
No live betting. No point buying.
MyBookie will specify if the free bet applies to bets Against the Spread (ATS), money line, Total, or any three.

Process:
$25 NFL Free Bet
NFL Lines on MyBookie

You will receive a pop-up from MyBookie that says “Free Bet” available.
Click the Popup and there will be a drop-down “NFL Free Bet”
Click “NFL Free Bet” and it will take you to available NFL Lines.

In this example, your NFL Free Bet qualifies as a straight wager on any NFL game.

Dallas Cowboys +6.5 vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers -6.5
Dallas Cowboys +200 vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers -100
Total: 54 points

In this example, you chose to bet on the Buccaneers vs Cowboys game, and you could bet on the spread, money line or points total. Let’s say you bet the points total.

You Select the points total, and a pop-up will appear, “Your selection has been added to the Bet Slip. ‘Place Bet’ and confirm to complete your Free Wager” Click “Got It”.
The bet slip will automatically populate a bet amount of $25 (which you will not be able to adjust) and it will populate the corresponding win amount.

How to Claim a Free Bet using a promo code.

Click on “Cashier”.
Click “See More Options”.
Scroll to the bottom, enter the promo code “TEST” and click “Redeem”
A popup will confirm successful redemption.
Click back to the sportsbook and the Free Bet popup will appear.

Bonus: Forgetting to enter a Promo Code

As a general rule, all promotional codes and bonuses should be redeemed before making a deposit.

If you have forgotten to enter your promo code or unintentionally applied another bonus, we ask that you please contact us for assistance.

To prevent abuse, we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding.

Error message: Connection Lost

An error saying “connection lost” message on a desktop or laptop PC can be caused by a poor internet signal or an intermittent connection issue. If you receive this error, please check:

Restart your computer
Restart your computer and network devices connected (i.e., modem, router, access points), off and on again.
Once your computer has restarted, and the network equipment is connected, please try to connect again to our games.
Contact Support – If the connection error persists for a long time, contact Account Management.
