Corbin Burnes, Baltimore Orioles

Burnes is likely to get two starts this week; both starts look like they will be coming at home. He is slated to make the start against Toronto on Monday and then end the week with the Mariners on Sunday. 

Baltimore has been playing great baseball, with a 26-12 record on the season. Burnes has been fun to follow this season with a 3-2 record, and an ERA of 2.83 on the season. We like Burnes to be sharp in this game, and beat the Orioles at home. Take Burnes to have a great week.

Shota Imanaga, Chicago Cubs

Certainly not a cakewalk, but Imanaga gets a chance to throw twice this week. The Cubs play at the Braves for three and then come home to host the Pirates for four. Imanaga is unbeaten on the season with a 1.08 earned run average. 

The game at Atlanta is going to be a huge test for the unbeaten starting pitcher. The game against the Pirates at home over the weekend may not prove to be as much. We like Imanaga as one of the top pitchers this week.

Tanner Bibee, Cleveland Guardians

Tanner Bibee is a guy that can go out there and blank an opponent. He has struggled a bit this season, but he has the stuff. He will get two starts this week. His first is slated for Monday on the road at the Rangers. Texas is 3 over .500, but have not completely backed their play from a season ago. Bibee then gets the Minnesota Twins at home. Look for him to right the ship a bit as a starting pitcher and have a big week on the mound.

Jordan Montgomery, Arizona Diamondbacks

The lefthander for Arizona is still trying to get settled into his role after a late start to his season. Montgomery has a ballooned ERA on the season but is coming off a strong start against the Reds on May 8th. 

We like Montgomery to stay on track with another strong start here. He then gets another shot this week, as Arizona gets the Detroit Tigers over the weekend. Look for the big lefty to be one of the better-starting pitchers this week.

Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Los Angeles Dodgers

The 25 year old from Japan is 4-1 on the season, and a 2.91 earned run average. It has been a good start to his Major League Baseball career. Yamamoto will get the nod against the Giants on Monday, and then later in the week will stay at home and host the Cincinnati Reds. That seems like two outings he should fare well in. Both teams are light hitting more than not. We like Yamamoto to have a big week on the mound.
