And then there were two. Just like that, we are down to the final two races of the NASCAR Truck Series regular season.
Only 10 drivers will make the cut and continue to race with a shot at winning it all, and if you look at the current standings, it is very clear that those final 10 drivers are far from being set in stone.

My Analysis
Down by the cut line, there is a group of drivers who are one bad race away from being out. The pressure right now is huge, but this is exactly what you would expect from this stage of the season.
From this point forward, the pressure will continue to ramp up until there is just one driver standing.
This weekend, the action shifts to Indianapolis for the TSport 200. Let’s look at some of the potential favorites.
^Christian Eckes Truck Series Pick +450
In terms of current form, you can’t ask for much more than what Eckes has delivered over the last 3 races in the Truck Series.
During that run, Eckes has been on the podium 3 times, winning one of those races, so it’s not too much of a stretch to imagine that he will be able to extend that streak this weekend.
With that victory, Eckes now has 3 wins this season and is at the top of the driver standings.
He had a fantastic run in this race last season, finishing 2nd overall, so I think he has a real shot at winning this one, and he is my pick for 1st.

Corey Heim Truck Series Pick +183
Last season, Heim made it all the way to the Championship Round before finally settling for 4th place overall.
The feeling was that he would be in the hunt to win a championship this year after a breakout season, and he is certainly living up to the hype.
No driver has more wins than Heim in 2024, as he leads the way with 5 victories.
Heim has won 2 of the last 3 races, landing on the podium in the other, so he is also in great form.
He has been in the top 10 in each of his last 2 runs in this race, and he seems like a good top 3 pick.
^Nicholas Sanchez Truck Series Pick +960
2023 was the first full season in the Truck Series for Sanchez, who failed to win in his inaugural season.
He did, though, manage to finish 6th overall, but he looks even better this year.
Sanchez broke his goose egg by winning the opening race of the 2024 season and has since won 1 more race.
He has cooled off a little in the last couple of races, failing to crack the top 10, but can he bounce back here?
Sanchez landed outside the top 10 in this race last season, so top 5 might be the high mark for Sanchez.
^Ty Majeski Truck Series Pick +270
While Majeski is in the top 4 in the driver standings heading into this weekend, he is still looking for his first win of the season.
He has, though, been in the top 5 in 5 different races this season, so it’s not as though he hasn’t had some close calls.
If you were going to take him to win, this might be the weekend to do it, as he won this race in 2023.
Still, I think that a top 3 or top 5 finish would be the way to go given his current form.
