Top Must Bet NBA Games On February 7th

Monday, February 7th – Phoenix Suns @ Chicago Bulls

Coming off of a hard-fought loss to the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday, things don’t get any easier for the Chicago Bulls on Monday, as they host the team with the best record in the league, the Phoenix Suns. While the Suns are coming off of a loss to the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night and a win over the Wizards on Saturday, they’ll still be better-rested than the Bulls.

Phoenix comes into this one as an early 6.5-point favorite. One thing to keep an eye on is the availability of Zach LaVine for the Bulls. LaVine has sat out in recent games with knee soreness. If he plays, this spread will probably go down to 3.5-4.5.

The Phoenix Suns are 7-3 straight up against the Bulls in their last 10 games. The Suns are 6-4 against the spread in those same 10 games. While the Suns are 42-10 overall, they’re also very good on the road, as they’ll come into this one with a 20-5 record away from home. Another betting stat to keep in mind when taking a look at this one is that the Bulls are 6-13 against the spread this season as an underdog.

Phoenix is 8-4 against the spread in their last 12 games. They’re also 5-2 against the spread in their last seven games that they’ve played in Chicago. In looking at the betting numbers, all signs point to the Phoenix Suns. With the Bulls probably not having LaVine, coming off of a tough loss, and this one being the second night of a back-to-back against two of the top teams in the league, we like the Suns in this one.

Monday, February 7th – Miami Heat @ Washington Wizards

The Miami Heat are sitting atop the Eastern Conference standings. They’ve won two games in a row against the San Antonio Spurs and the Charlotte Hornets. Jimmy Butler is playing at an elite level, Bam Adebayo is healthy and playing well, and the Heat looks like a legitimate title contender. They’ll take on a Washington squad that could see big changes to its roster in the upcoming weeks. With most everyone on the roster available for the right price, this could be a different-looking Wizards team soon.

The Heat travel to Andover, Maryland as 4.5-point favorites. Miami is 7-3 straight up against the Wizards in their last 10 meetings. While Miami has won seven straight up, they haven’t been as good against the spread. The Heat is 3-7 against the spread in their last 10 against Washington.

While the numbers don’t back up our prediction, we still like the Heat to cover in this one. While Bradley Beal will make it tough on the Heat, we think that they win this one by seven points and they’ll cover the spread.
