The NFL preseason continues this weekend, with some teams already feeling the effects of training camp.

Most notably, the Minnesota Vikings are sure to be reeling after losing rookie QB JJ McCarthy for the season with a torn meniscus.

You can only hope that players make it through the preseason with injury, but chances are that this will not be the last such situation.

Thursday NFL Preseason Picks

There is only one game on Thursday night, with the Philadelphia Eagles hitting the road to face the New England Patriots as a 3-point underdog.

The total for this one is set at 35 ½.

Saturday NFL Preseason Picks

The majority of the Week 3 games come on Saturday, starting with the Atlanta Falcons on the road in Baltimore. The Ravens are favored by 1, with the total set at 35 ½.

The Bears, who are unbeaten, will host the Cincinnati Bengals, who hit Chicago as a 6-point underdog. The total for this one is 36 ½.

The New York Giants will head south to Face the Houston Texans, with the home team favored by 2 points. The total for this game is set at 39 ½.

The defending Super Bowl champions Kansas City Chiefs will host the Detroit Lions and start as a 7-point favorite, with the total set at 39.

The battle for QB1 in Minnesota will start when the Vikings hit the road to face the Cleveland Browns, with the home team favored by 4 ½. The total for this one is 36 ½.

The Tennessee Titans will be at home on Saturday night and will welcome in the Seattle Seahawks. This one is a PK play, with the total sitting at 35.

The Arizona Cardinals will go on the road with a trip to Indianapolis to face the Colts, who are favored by 2 ½. The total for this one is set at 37.

The Washington Commanders will take on the Dolphins in Miami and are currently listed as a 4 ½ point underdog, with the total for this one set at 37 ½.

The final game of the night has the Dallas Cowboys heading to Sin City to face the Las Vegas Raiders as a 6 ½ point underdog, with the total at 39 ½.
