Los Angeles Rams at Green Bay Packers Final Betting Prediction

The Rams played so well early on that NFL handicappers may have read too much into their ability to win their division, much less the Super Bowl.

Los Angeles struggled versus NFC West rival Arizona. Then after wins against four bad teams: Seattle, the Giants, Detroit, and Houston, the Rams played awful in a loss to the Derrick Henry-less Tennessee Titans.

But although the Rams looked terrible in losing to Tennesse, they looked down right pathetic on Monday night in a loss to the San Francisco 49ers. The Niners blasted Los Angeles 31-10 in a game that showed exactly how far LAR has fallen.

The problem appears to be on both sides of the football. The Rams defense now allows an average of over 240 passing yards and over 105 rushing yards. Opponents score close to 23 per game versus LAR.

The offensive line is a mess. The Titans forced Stafford to throw 2 picks and sacked the Rams’ QB 5 times. The 49ers sacked Stafford twice and picked him off twice.

The odds make Green Bay a huge overlay. The Packers should be -4 ½ to -6 favorites. So the fact this is a pick game is almost laughable.
