NY Giants -3 at Philadelphia
When: Thursday, December 22 at 8:25 PM ET Where: Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania NFL Odds: NY Giants -2.5 Analysis: The red-hot Giants (10-4 SU, 8-5 ATS) have won two straight and eight of their last nine games overall while the ice-cold Philadelphia Eagles (5-9 SU, 6-8 ATS) have lost five straight and seven of their last eight games overall. The G-Men have given up jus 13 combined points over their last two games in holding the Dallas Cowboys to just seven points and the explosive Detroit Lions to a paltry six points this past Sunday. While Philadelphia clearly hasn’t quit on the season, the Birds have allowed 26 points or more in each of their last five games and just can’t stop the opposition when it matters most. While Philly has gone 7-3 SU and ATS in the last 10 meetings against the Giants, New York is playing absolutely phenomenal defense lately and are the easy pick to win this game handily and improve on their bankroll-boosting 7-2 ATS mark over their last nine games. Go with the 74 percent of public bettors that like the G-Men! NFL Pick: NY Giants 27 Philadelphia 21Washington at Chicago
When: Saturday, December 24 at 1:00 PM ET Where: Soldier Field, Chicago, Illinois NFL Odds: Washington -3.5 Analysis: After correctly predicting Washington’s (7-6- 1 SU, 9-5 ATS) Monday night loss to Carolina, I’m back with a pick on Washington for Week 16, but this time, it’s for Kirk Cousins and company to win and cover the spread. While the Bears (3-11 SU, 7-7 ATS) put up a great effort in their heartbreaking 30-27 loss to Green Bay this past weekend, they’ve also lost five of their last six games while getting limited to 21 points or less four times during the six-game stretch. While they’re certainly not a juggernaut and may miss the playoffs altogether, I like Washington to rebound and narrowly get past the Bears, mostly because they have the more explosive offense – and lot more to play for as they hold on to the smallest sliver of hope they can still get into the playoffs. Washington is 6-1 ATS in their last seven games following an ATS loss a robust 8-2 ATS in their L/10 road dates. Conversely, Chicago is 0-5 ATS in their last five home dates against the Skins while the road team in this series has gone 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings. NFL Pick: Washington 27 Chicago 20San Diego at Cleveland
When: Saturday, December 24 at 1:00 PM ET Where: FirstEnergy Stadium, Cleveland, Ohio NFL Odds: San Diego -6 Analysis: There’s a reason a whopping 69 percent of the betting public already likes Philip Rivers and the high-scoring San Diego Chargers (5-9 SU, 7-7 ATS) to cover as less than a touchdown fave – and it’s because the Cleveland Browns (0-14 SU, 2-12 ATS) are an absolute disgrace and the Bolts can score the ball with the best offenses in the league. San Diego averages a healthy 26.1 points per game while Cleveland averages just 15.7 points per contest and has not scored more than 13 points in their last six games. With San Diego going 10-3 ATS in their last 13 games following an SU loss and Cleveland going 0-7 ATS in their last seven games following an ATS loss, I say the outcome of this affair is a virtual lock! NFL Pick: San Diego 28 Cleveland 17MyBookie NFL
