NHL Stanley Cup Odds: Panthers vs Oilers Betting Analysis for Game 4

Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals will take place on Saturday, with the Florida Panthers having a chance to finish the season off and becoming champions and NHL Odds are there to prove it.

Stanley Cup Final Game 4

After a win on Thursday, the Panthers lead the best of 7 series 3-0.

The Edmonton Oilers will have to win this game on Saturday, and three more to come from behind.

The Florida Panthers have been red hot.

After winning their final four games of the regular season, the Panthers have won 15 out of 21 games in the postseason.

Florida eliminated the Lightning, Bruins and Rangers so far in the postseason.

For the Edmonton Oilers, the dream is about to come to an end.

The Oilers won 49 regular season games, and are now 12-9 so far in the postseason.

Edmonton took care of the Los Angeles Kings, Vancouver Canucks and Dallas Stars in the postseason.

The Edmonton Oilers are -128 in this game over the Florida Panthers.

Panthers One Win Away

Sam Reinhart got the party started for Florida in the first period.

After leading 1-0 after one, the Oilers tied the game.

After that though, it was all Panthers.

Vladimir Taraseno scored his fourth of the regular season, and then Sam Bennett and Alexsander Barkov added goals to lead 4-1 after two periods.

Segei Bobrovsky was just good enough, turning away 32 shots to move a single game away.

It was his sixth straight win as the goaltender.

During that six game winning streak, he has allowed just 9 total goals.

In the regular season, he allowed 2.37 goals per game.

Reinhart had two points in the game, and now has three in the series.

Matthew Tkachuk had an assist in the Game 3 win, which was his first point of the series.

Barkov now has four points in the series.

Edmonton Looking to Find some Magic

The Edmonton Oilers saw their first goal in Game 3 come from Warren Foegele.

Edmonton then made it 4-2 as Philip Broberg scored his second goal of the postseason.  Ryan McLeod made it 4-3, with just over 5:00 to go in the game, but that was all the Oilers could handle off the tough Florida defense.

Connor McDavid did have two assists in the game.

He now has three for the series.

He leads all players in postseason points.

Leon Draisaitl has yet to record a point in this series.

He had two goals and two assists in the series win over Dallas.

Evan Bouchard was huge in the Dallas series with 7 points; he has just one so far in this series.

Sutart Skinner allowed 4 goals and has now allowed 9 through three games in this series.

In the last six postseason wins for Skinner, he has allowed 2 or less.

In the last five losses, he has allowed a total of 15 goals.

Oilers Keep Season Alive

We do think the Edmonton Oilers have it in them to grab a win.

The National Hockey League season may end in Sunrise Florida, but the Oilers do not want it to end in Edmonton yet.

Look for the Oilers to play their best hockey of the series and win this game.
