Betting On the Warriors vs Suns, Game and TV Info
When: Wednesday, February 10, 9 PM EST Where: Talking Stick Resort Arena, Phoenix Arizona TV: FS Radio: AZ Sports 98.7 FM Stream Option: FoxSportsGoWhy bet on the Warriors
As if it isn’t enough that the Warriors are the best team in the nation by a country mile, the visitors enter Tuesday’s games riding on a nine-game winning streak. A win over Houston (on Tuesday) and Phoenix (on Wednesday) would thus bump their record to an incredible 11-game win streak ahead of the All-Star Weekend. In addition to that, the Warriors have won 7 of their last 10 overall games against Phoenix, including the last five in a row. Then, of course, there is the biggest elephant in the room—the in containable play of the Splash Brothers—Stephen Curry (29.8 points and 6.5 assists per game) and Klay Thompson (21.4 points and 3.8 rebounds)—along with all-rounded play from Draymond Green and a deep second unit that is just as good as the starting five. With such weapons, it will take a really big slice of luck for the Suns to beat the imperious Warriors. Why bet on the Suns
After starting the season brightly and looking like playoff contenders, the Suns have been reduced to the laughing of the NBA, thanks to the injury bug that has claimed most of the team’s go-to stars such as Eric Bledsoe, Brandon Knight, Ronnie Price and T.J. Warren. In essence, that’s the main reason the Suns have lost their shine, going 0-8 SU in their last 8 games and 1-9 SU in their last 10 games; a stark contrast to Golden State’s mark of 9-0 SU in the last 9 and 9-1 SU in the last 10. Despite their horrible record, the Suns showed a bit of some grit in their 122-106 home loss the Oklahoma City on Monday. Though they only sank one three-pointer against the Thunder, the Suns decently shot 50.68 in FG%, led by Markieff Morris’ team-high 23 points. If the Suns can get their three-point shooting going against Golden State—the Suns nailed 9 three pointers in the February 6th defeat to Utah—they’d certainly have a chance of keeping the Warriors within reach on Wednesday. Plus, despite their injury-related struggles, the Suns are still averaging a healthy 102.00 PPG scoring per game, something that could allow them to give Golden State a respectable challenge. After all, the Suns have scored 103-or-more points in all their last three meetings at Golden State, so it isn’t much of a stretch to think that they’ll be able to put up some decent number of points against the Warriors’ defense that is allowing 102.80 PPG (ahead of Tuesday’s game against Houston). Even more notably, 12 of the 14 wins by the Suns this season have come at home, along with a 13-14 ATS mark at Phoenix. Added to the fact that the Suns are 5-5 ATS in their last 10 overall games against Golden State, it wouldn’t be a surprise if the Suns played well enough to at least cover the point spread this Wednesday.Warriors at Suns Predictions and Free NBA Picks
Golden State delivers a winning result (SU win), but Phoenix gives a hell-of-a-fight (like the 76ers did less than two weeks ago) to cover the spread. The game total will most likely go OVER as has happened in the last three games (3-0 OVER in last three overall meetings between GS and Phoenix), with both teams scoring 100-plus points each. NBA Picks: Golden State for SU, Phoenix for ATS, Game Total: OVER.NBA Betting Center
