Why Bet On Minnesota at +3?
The Vikings look like a good bet to get it done on the road for a couple of reasons. First, Minnesota has scored 28 points or more in two of their three games this season including Sunday’s emphatic 34-14 beatdown of Oakland. Then, there’s the fact that the Vikings allow just 15.7 points per game defensively to rank sixth in points allowed, not to mention the fact that Minnesota will be facing a Bears quarterback in Mitch Trubisky that doesn’t necessarily inspired a lot of confidence that he can become the franchise quarterback he was expected to be when he was drafted. Last but not least, there’s the good old revenge factor with Minnesota looking to extract some payback for their pair of regular season losses to Chicago last season.

Why Be On Chicago at -3?
There are a few good reasons to back the Bears in this one, starting with the fact that Chicago is playing at home. Then, there’s the fact that Chicago swept Minnesota last season and will enter this contest with the confidence they can beat their division rivals when they play their collective ‘A’ game. The Bears have also won two straight, so they’ve got a little bit of momentum heading into this one, plus they’re coming off a solid, 31-15 smackdown win over Washington on Monday night that saw inconsistent quarterback Mitch Trubisky toss three touchdowns.

Vikings vs Bears Expert Analysis and Prediction
I had some really legitimate belief that Chicago could challenge for the NFC crown coming into 2019, but now I see that the Bears will only go as far as Mitch Trubisky takes them despite the fact that they have arguably the best defense in all of football.
Minnesota is playing excellent football on the offensive side of the ball and featuring running back Dalvin Cook more so as to take the ball out of the hands of their own mediocre quarterback Kirk Cousins. While Chicago has gone 7-1 ATS in their last eight games against their NFC North division rivals and 16-6-1 ATS in their last 23 home games, the Vikings are 6-1 ATS in their last seven Week 4 games and 11-4 ATS in their last 15 in the month of September. I like the Vikings to get the outright road win and narrow cover to snap their 0-4 ATS skid in their last four road dates against Chicago.
Pick: Minnesota 23 Chicago 17
