Top NBA Betting Games Of The Week (Nov. 15th – 18th)

Written by on November 14, 2016

We are still in the very early stages of the NBA season, but there have already been a few surprises that we didn’t see coming. Did anyone expect the LA Clippers to be the best in the Western Conference after 10 games, and who would have thought that the Lakers would already have 6 wins on the season? Things will level out as the season progresses, but some of these surprises have made it a little tougher to pick some winners in the early going. The good news is that there are always a lot of new games on the calendar each week that demand your betting attention, so let’s look at some of the best NBA games scheduled for the coming week.

In Depth Analysis On The Top NBA Betting Games Of The Week (Nov. 15th – 18th)

Oklahoma City Thunder at Detroit Pistons – Monday November 14

On the face of it, this may seem like a bit of a mismatch, but it is an interesting game for a couple of reasons. The Oklahoma City Thunder came out of the gate quickly, but have now dropped 3 in a row to fall to 6-4. Detroit are sitting at just 5-5 on the season so far, but they are a perfect 4-0 at home. This may be an opportunity for them to get above .500 before the Thunder start to roll again, as I am sure they will.

Toronto Raptors at Cleveland Cavaliers – Tuesday November 15

The defending champions are the betting odds favorites to win the Eastern Conference this season, but it looks as though they may have some stiff competition ahead of them. The Atlanta Hawks are off to a very good start, and the Toronto Raptors are also right there at the top. The Cavs are 5-1 at home to start the season, but they will be going against a Toronto team that is an unbeaten 3-0 on the road so far.

Milwaukee Bucks at Atlanta Hawks – Wednesday November 16

The Atlanta Hawks are just a couple of seasons removed from winning the Easter Conference, and they spent a good portion of the offseason overhauling their team to get back to those lofty heights. They have made a very goof 7-2 start to the season, and have a tricky one ahead of them this week when they welcome in a vastly improved Milwaukee Bucks team that is looking as though they might be in the playoff picture his season.

Golden State Warriors at Boston Celtics – Friday November 18

It’s an indicator of just how good the Golden State Warriors are that we are judging them for already having lost 2 games this season. I think it’s fair to say that they would settle for a lot fewer wins that their record-breaking season last year of it meant that they would get their NBA championship crown back after this season is all said and done. The Celtics got back over .500 by ending last week with back to back wins, and they will be looking to keep that momentum going in what should be a very entertaining game.
