NCAAB Teams To Always Have In Your March Madness Bets & Bracket

Duke Blue Devils

This list has to start with the Duke Blue Devils. Yes, those same Duke Blue Devils that struggled through early January. The Blue Devils are the defending national champions, and the program is battle tested. Sure, they lost some ultra talent from a season ago, but they are not going to be an easy team to eliminate come March Madness. Likely a 4-5 seed in the tournament, the Blue Devils will be there when push comes to shove.

North Carolina Tar Heels

The North Carolina Tar Heels are another team you must have in your March Madness bracket. Roy Williams and company appear to be back on the big stage for possibly winning another national title. The Tar Heels won the Atlantic Coast Conference regular season, and head into the conference tournament as winners of two in a row, including a road win at Duke. The Tar Heels are 25-6. Marcus Paige, when playing well is one of the toughest players to guard in the country. North Carolina is a dangerous team, it would be a mistake to not have them moving on in your March Madness bracket!

Kentucky Wildcats

The Kentucky Wildcats are another team that you cannot count out come tournament time. The Wildcats are 23-8, but have won their last two games. Playing solid basketball right now, and we all know John Calipari knows how to win games in March. The Wildcats are coming off the blowout win over LSU, and have one of the most underrated offenses in the nation. Kentucky will be a top 3 seed most likely when the tournament seedings come out. One thing that’s pretty sure, teams do not want to be on the other side of the game that sees one of the best college basketball programs in the nation.

Kansas Jayhawks

Finally, the Kansas Jayhawks are another team that should not be eliminated too early from your March Madness bracket. Sure, Kansas has slipped up in previous seasons earlier than many expected them to. Bill Self has his team playing some of the best basketball in the country. Kansas is going to be the top overall seed in the tournament, and coming off their 12th straight Big 12 title. Perry Ellis is around for his final run at a NCAA title. The guard play for Kansas has improved throughout the season. If Kansas stays disciplined, they will be tough to beat.
