Cash in with Green Bay Packers Week 1-16 Winning NFL Spreads

Written by on June 16, 2016

The Green Bay Packers may have won 10 games and reached the playoffs last season, but they didn’t go nearly as far as they had hoped after reaching the NFC tile game one year earlier. If you’re ready to cash in on Aaron Rodgers and the Pack in 2016, then you’re going to have a great chance to do just that a hoping six times, thanks to our analysis on the latest NFL betting lines and the half-dozen picks that you’re about to get on six ‘super attractive’ Packers regular season contests for the upcoming 2016 regular season. Okay, with that said, let’s rock and roll people!

Let’s Talk About Green Bay Packers Week 1-16 Winning NFL Spreads

Week 1

Green Bay (-3.5, 47) at Jacksonville Jaguars

Analysis: The Green Bay Packers may have lost three of their final four home games last season, but that’s one of the reasons I like Green Bay to get the big win in this contest against a Jacksonville Jaguars team that isn’t in the same caliber of title contenders as the Packers. Green Bay is 7-3 SU and 5-5 ATS in their last 10 home games while Jacksonville has lost nine of its last 10 road games and is just 2-3-1 ATS in is last six road dates overall. Aaron Rodgers and company win by pounding the Jags senseless. The Pick: Green Bay 28 Jacksonville 20

Week 6

Dallas Cowboys at Green Bay (-6)

Analysis: I have no idea why I love seeing the Packers beat the hell out of the Dallas Cowboys (maybe it’s because I’m a Philadelphian) but I sure do and I’m going to enjoy seeing the Pack lay another beat-down on the ‘Boys in this Week 6 showdown. The Packers are 7-3 SU and 6-4 ATS in their last 10 games against Dallas and have won each of the last five meetings while going 4-1 ATS along the way. Green Bay has won and covered the spread in five straight games angst Dallas and will do so again in this contest. The Pick: Green Bay 31 Dallas 24

Week 8

Green Bay (-4) at Atlanta Falcons

Analysis: The Packers have pretty much owned the Atlanta Falcons, winning four straight against Atlanta dating back to 2011 and I like them to cover the NFL betting line in this contest by recording the outright road win. Green Bay has won four of their last six road games overall while going 5-1 ATS over the stretch and I like the Pack to improve on that mark by handling Matt Ryan and the rebuilding Falcons. The Pick: Green Bay 30 Atlanta 24

Week 10

Green Bay (-7.5) at Tennessee Titans

Analysis: While the Packers and Titans don’t play one another very often and haven’t met since 2012, there’s absolutely no doubt that Green Bay is the easy pick to lay a huge smackdown on Marcus Mariota and the rebuilding Titans in this Week 10 matchup. The Titans are just 1-9 SU and 2-7-1 ATS in their last 10 home games and probably shouldn’t even be on the field opposite the superior Packers in this contest. The Pick: Green Bay 38 Tennessee 21

Week 11

Green Bay (-2.5) at Washington Redskins

Analysis: It’s nice that the Washington Redskins won nine games a year ago t both, bag the NFC East division title while reaching the postseason, but the fact of the matter is that the Redskins were mediocre at best last season and likely won’t be much better in 2016, although they did have a solid offseason by adding veteran cornerback Josh Norman and rookie wide receiver Josh Doctson. The Packers have won two straight and six of the last seven meetings over Washington and bounced the Skins out of last season’s playoffs by wining 35-18 despite being 2-point road dogs. While the Skins would love nothing better than to extract some serious revenge in this contest, I just don’t see it happening in this Week 11 pairing. The Packers have the huge edge at quarterback ad head coach and will win this one outright despite being on the road. The Pick: Green Bay 28 Washington 24

Week 12

Green Bay (-3.5) at Philadelphia Eagles

Analysis: Jeez…the Packers are going to feast on their NFC East counterparts in 2016! Just one week after beating Washington, I expect Aaron Rodgers and company to do the same to the rebuilding Philadelphia Eagles. The Packers are 4-1 SU and ATS in their last five games against the Birds dating back to 2007 and I believe they will handle uninspiring veteran signal-caller Sam Bradford in this contest. With Philly losing two straight and four of their last five at home and playing for a first-year head coach in Doug Pederson, all signs are pointing to a Packers win and ATS cover as my final NFL betting picks prediction. The Pick: Green Bay 35 Philadelphia 24
