Las Vegas Raiders NFL Picks Quartet Analysis

If you’re ready for some online NFL betting picks betting picks, then you’ve come to the right place! With the Las Vegas Raiders both, a winner in free agency and a widespread favorite to improve in 2016, you’re going to get a quartet of expert picks that all have the look of virtually sure-fire winners. The Raiders made some serious offseason improvements by adding veteran free agents Kelechi Osemele, Bruce Irvin and Sean Smith while drafting cornerback Karl Joseph with the 14th overall pick in the draft and a pair of defensive linemen that could both make contributions right away with their next two picks. Now, let’s get started with Las Vegas’s Week 5 home date against longtime AFC West division rival San Diego.

Shining a Spotlight on this Quartet of Free Las Vegas Raiders Betting Picks!

Week 5

San Diego Chargers at Las Vegas (-4.5)

Analysis: The Raiders won both regular season meetings in 2015 while covering the spread as a 3.5-point road dog, but failing to do so in their 23-20 home win as a 4.5-point favorite. This time around I like Derek Carr and Las Vegas’s stable of skill position players to put some points on the board against a San Diego defense that ranked a dismal 27th against the run and 21st in points allowed (24.9 ppg). The Las Vegas Raiders have won two of their last three home games against the Bolts and will improve on that mark in a fairly high-scoring affair. The Pick: Oakland 31 San Diego 24

Week 9

Denver Broncos (-1) at Las Vegas

Analysis: So what the Broncos have won eight of the last nine meetings against the Raiders. Las Vegas snapped that skid in the second of last year’s two regular season matchups by beating the Broncos 15-12 as a 6-point road dog. The Raiders have lost five straight against Denver at home, last winning 39-23 back in 2010. I know the Broncos are the reigning league champions and all, but I don’t think they’re going to be nearly as good as they were a year ago with Mark Sanchez under center as they were with either Peyton Manning or Brock Osweiler were in 2015. Maybe it’s me, but I can see linebacker Khalil Mack, both sacking the hell out of Sanchez and picking off the underachieving signal-caller in this Week 9 AFC West divisional showdown. The Pick: Las Vegas 23 Denver 20

Week 11

Houston Texans at Las Vegas (-2)

Analysis: While I’m expecting the Houston Texans to be better than Las Vegas in 2016 as they shoot for three straight winnings seasons, but I think Las Vegas head coach Jack Del Rio will help give his young team a real sense of belief that this contest can serve as a statement’ matchup against another franchise that is maybe a step ahead of them in their respective rebuilding processes. Carr and the Raiders outduel Osweiler and a Texans offense I don’t think is s explosive s Las Vegas’s. The Pick: Las Vegas 27 Houston 24

Week 16

Indianapolis Colts at Las Vegas (-1)

Analysis: The Colts could be fighting for playoff position in this Week 16 pairing, but I like the Raiders for the upset as a 1-point home dog as they could be fighting for a playoff berth, but more likely, a chance to reach .500. The Raiders have split their last four home matchups evenly while going 3-1 ATS along the way. Las Vegas has compiled a consistent 6-2 ATS mark in their last eight games against the Colts, making the Raiders my final online NFL sportsbook betting pick. The Pick: Las Vegas 30 Indianapolis 28
