Still, Seattle had better play better against the run than they did in giving up 144 rushing yards to the Jaguars and 244 to the Rams. “It’s just been a real sequence of great challenges one week after another and here we go again,” Carroll said. “This is not easy at all. Dallas has three straight and they’ll have Elliott back on the field for this huge matchup, but I’d still be worried a bit if I were a Cowboys fan, seeing as how Dallas hasn’t beaten any playoff-caliber opponents in getting past the Redskins, Giants and dysfunctional Raiders in their last three games.
