With the final week of the 2019 NFL regular season getting underway this coming weekend, it’s time for another round of expert NFL parlay picks. For Week 17, three matchups all have the look of exciting affairs that are all offering a ton of value for NFL betting enthusiasts everywhere for their respective reasons. Washington (3-12) at Dallas (7-8)

Washington has lost three straight including a heartbreaking 41-35 overtime loss against the Giants on Sunday. Still, the Skins have been very competitive over their last five games and I expect the same kind of effort in their regular season finale against their hated division rivals. Dallas has lost four of five and blew a golden opportunity to potentially win the NFC East by getting smacked around by Philly en route to a humbling 17-9 road loss on Sunday. More importantly, the Cowboys just can’t find the consistency they’ve been looking for all season long, particularly on the offensive side of the ball. The Redskins are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games as a road underdog and 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games against their NFC counterparts. Conversely, Dallas has gone a pitiful 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games as a favorite. I’ve got the ‘Boys managing to get the home win in their finale, but there’s no way I see Dak Prescott and company winning this one by the dozen points it would take for them to cover the spread.

Philadelphia (8-7) at N.Y. Giants (4-11)

The Eagles put up a great defensive effort to shut down Dallas en route to a convincing 17-9 home win on Sunday that put them in the driver’s seat as far as winning the NFC East title is concerned. While the Giants picked up one of the most exciting victories on the Week 16 docket by sneaking past Washington 41-35 in overtime on Sunday, I don’t see any way Carson Wentz and the Birds blow a guaranteed playoff berth by falling in this Week 17 NFC East clash. With New York going 0-5 ATS in their last five-game as a home underdog and Philly going 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games following a straight up win, the handwriting is clearly on the wall in this one!

Tennessee (8-7) at Houston (10-5)

I know Tennessee has been completely transformed by the elevation of Ryan Tannehill as their starting quarterback, but I’m completely stunned that the Titans are nearly touchdown road favorites in this contest. Yes, Tennessee can clinch the final spot in the AFC playoffs with a win in Week 17, but Houston has a chance to move up from their current fourth place spot to third with a win in this contest and a Chiefs loss to the Chargers. The Titans have dropped two straight including their 24-21 Week 15 home loss against the Texans. With Tennessee going 2-6 ATS in their last eight games against a team with a winning record and Houston going 9-2-1 ATS in their last 12 games following a ATS loss, I like Deshaun Watson and company to take care of business at home in Week 17.
