On May 15, Phoenix lost to top USL squad Tampa Bay by a goal in a 2-1 game. Sacramento got by L.A. Galaxy II 1-0 on April 30. Then on May 12, the Republic beat Las Vegas Lights 3-1. Sacramento may offer favorite’s odds because this happens on their pitch. If they do, the Rising is worth a look.
