XFL Week 6 Betting Opportunities March 25 to 27 | XFL Lines

Seattle Sea Dragons at Orlando Guardians

  • When: Saturday, March 25 at 1:30 pm ET
  • TV/Streaming: ESPN

One of the preseason favorites to take the title, the Seattle Sea Dragons, didn’t have a great first game of the season. Facing the D.C. Defenders, a team expected to finish near the bottom on the standings, Seattle fell 22-18. Sea Dragons’ quarterback Ben DiNucci threw 54 times, completing 34. DiNucci tossed 2 picks.

We shouldn’t hold DiNucci’s performance against him. By week 6, Ben should be okay. Orlando played a couple of quarterbacks in week 1, Quinten Dormady and Paxton Lynch, and neither played well. Again, it’s early, but Seattle should win straight up and cover the spread.

XFL Week 6 Pick: Seattle Sea Dragons

St. Louis Battlehawks at Vegas Vipers

  • When: Saturday, March 25 at 7:00 pm ET
  • TV/Streaming: FX

It required 15 points in the final quarter, but in their first matchup of the season, the St. Louis Battlehawks got past the San Antonio Brahmas 18 to 15. The most talked about player in the XFL to start the season had a decent game. St. Louis quarterback A.J. McCarron completed 18-of-26 for 190 yards and a couple of touchdowns. McCarron didn’t throw a pick, which speaks more than the 2 TD passes A.J. tossed.

Vegas played well in a 20-22 loss to Arlington in their first game of 2023. The Vipers take on St. Louis at home in week 6. Expect Vegas quarterback Luis Perez to have hit his stride by the time this game happens.

XFL Week 6 Pick: Vegas Vipers

San Antonio Brahmas at Arlington Renegades

  • When: Sunday, March 26 at 3:00 pm ET
  • TV/Streaming: ABC

If week 1 was any indication, the Brahmas have a terrific defense. Holding St. Louis to 18 points is a big deal considering the Battlehawks’ skill players. More importantly, the Brahmas had the win in the bag before giving up 15 points in the fourth quarter. If not for the meltdown, San Antonio would be 1-0 heading into week 2.

Arlington dropped 22 points onto Vegas in their first game. But Renegades’ quarterback Drew Plitt didn’t play well. By week 6, Plitt might be watching from the bench. Either way, without knowing what will happen in the next four weeks, we must go with San Antonio and their fantastic D.

XFL Week 6 Pick: San Antonio Brahmas

Houston Roughnecks at D.C. Defenders

  • When: Monday, March 27 at 7:00 pm ET
  • TV/Streaming: FX / ESPN Deportes

Houston dominated Orlando 33-12 in XFL Week 1. The victory is a sign the Roughnecks are a team to deal with this season.

Brandon Silver threw 2 interceptions. So the Roughnecks QB must be more careful with the ball. Also, Houston did play Orlando and it looks like the Guardians will be one of the XFL’s worst teams. But, no doubt, Houston should offer fair to overlay odds in this. So, for now, the Roughnecks are the pick.

XFL Week 6 Pick: Houston Roughnecks
