Pittsburgh Thunderbirds vs Detroit Mechanix

At 5-4, the Thunderbirds are only a game behind the Indianapolis Alleycats and the Chicago Wildfire in the Midwest Division. The Alleycats beat Pittsburgh 23-20 on June 29. Pittsburgh should bounce back with a win versus the Detroit Mechanix on Saturday. But, will they cover?

Detroit is 0-10 straight up this season. The Mechanix only lost by 6 to the Chicago Wildfire in their last. They lost by only 5 to the Pittsburgh Thunderbirds the last time they faced them. The oddsmakers couldn’t come up with a more fair line than this. Pittsburgh wins, but Detroit keeps it closer than 7.

AUDL Betting Pick: Detroit Mechanix

L.A. Aviators vs Seattle Cascades

Aviators are only a game behind the rival San Diego Growlers in the West. The Aviators have proven to be one of the tougher squads this season.

Seattle is a decent team, but they’re not on Los Angeles’s level. The Cascades beat the San Jose Spiders 26-25 on June 15. Since then, they’ve dropped 3 in a row. 2 of the losses were to the Growlers. The other was to the Aviators 14-27 in Week 13. Los Angeles should easily cover the 5 points on Saturday.

AUDL Betting Pick: Los Angeles Aviators

New York Empire vs Philadelphia Phoenix

The best team in American Disc League this season is the New York Empire. New York is 11-0 for a reason. They know how to close out opponents. But although undefeated, they haven’t dominated their competition.

In their last four matches, they haven’t beaten an opponent by more than 5 points. They last time the Empire faced Philadelphia they only beat the Phoenix by 5, 19-14. In their last match versus the Ottawa Outlaws, they could only win by 4, 27-23.

Philadelphia is only 3-6 straight up, but they can hang with New York in this. The Phoenix keeps it within the number.

AUDL Betting Pick: Philadelphia Phoenix

Dallas Roughnecks vs Atlanta Hustle

Atlanta has a 4-7 straight up record. The Hustle beat the Austin Sol 22-21 in their last match. Before that, they battled Dallas in a 15-18 loss. That game took place in Dallas. Atlanta has a real shot of turning the tables on the Roughnecks on Sunday.

The Roughnecks must battle Raleigh on Friday before traveling to Atlanta on Saturday. That alone could make this a tough match for Dallas. Atlanta is the play.

AUDL Betting Pick: Atlanta Hustle
