Top Boxing Matches

  • When: Friday, Dec. 4 – Saturday, Dec. 5

Friday, Dec. 4 Fights

  • Dorota Norek +700 / Shannon Courtenay -1500

31-year-old Dorota Norek has a decent 6-1 record. One of Norek’s 6 wins came via a knockout. On Friday, Dorota faces the best fighter of her career in 5-1 Shannon “The Baby Face Assassin” Courtenay. Rachel Ball beat Courtenay in her last fight. Although Shannon should win, Norek appears slightly faster. If she keeps her composure, Dorota can pull off the upset.

Boxing Pick: Dorota Norek

  • Cesar Nunez +1100 / Zach Parker -3000

Cesar Nunez brings a nice 17-2-1 record into his bout with Zach Parker. Nunez is a well-trained, tough fighter. He’s 35-years-old, though. Undefeated at 19-0, the 26-year-old Zach Parker has no excuses. He should dominate Nunez. Parker has fought the better competition and he’s got 13 knockouts from those 16 wins. So, don’t expect this one to last long.

Boxing Pick: Zach Parker

  • James Tennyson -1600 / Josh O’Reilly +725

Favored James Tennyson rides a five fight win streak into his battle with Josh O’Reilly. Overall, Tennyson has a 27-3 record with 23 knockouts. 16-0 O’Reilly is not without a shot, though. The 29-year-old Canadian fights outside of his home nation for the first time. He’s got a good enough jab and moves well enough to keep Tennyson at bay. If he can do that, O’Reilly might get it done at massive odds.

Boxing Pick: Josh O’Reilly

  • Martin Murray +1110 / Billy Joe Saunders -2040

38-year-old Martin Murray has no fear. But the pro boxer steps into the ring against 29-0 Billy Joe Saunders. Billy Joe should have no trouble winning this fight. Murray won’t keep up with Saunders, who throws an incredible amount of punches each round. Also, BJS has a granite chin.

Boxing Pick: Billy Joe Saunders

Saturday, Dec. 5 Fights

  • Anthony Yarde -800 / Lyndon Arthur +500

29-year-old light heavyweight Anthony Yarde has knocked out 19 opponents from 20 wins. His only loss happened versus Sergey Kovalev back in 2019. 17-0 Lyndon Arthur could give Yarde a fight, though. Arthur has a decent jab, covers up well, and can fight off the ropes. He has a style that will frustrate Yarde.

Boxing Pick: Lyndon Arthur

Errol Spence Jr. Vs Danny Garcia General Fight Info

Errol Spence Jr. Vs Danny Garcia Betting Prediction

On paper, it looks like Errol Spence Jr. should dominate Danny Garcia. However, last October Spence Jr. suffered a car accident that put him in the hospital. Errol has yet to prove that he can beat a quality opponent like Garcia after recovering from the accident.

Heck, Spence Jr. has yet to show that he can win a fight after the accident. Errol hasn’t fought since 2019 when he beat Shawn Porter. The younger Spence Jr. has a big 4-inch reach advantage, is taller, and if one-hundred percent should beat Garcia on Saturday night.

But while the champ hasn’t fought in over a year, Garcia beat tough Ukranian boxer Ivan Redkach in January. Spence Jr. should win. The odds, and unknowns surrounding Errol, force us to consider backing Danny Garcia.

Boxing Betting Prediction: Garcia wins via decision
