The Volunteers won nine games in 2015 and I believe they could make a slight improvement on that record under head coach Butch Jones this coming season after winning seven of their final eight games last season and returning a whooping 18 starters. The Vols have a pair of gifted skill position players in quarterback Joshua Dobbs and running back Jalen Hurd, but need Dobbs to become a more consistent passer if the Vols want to really challenge for a berth in the CFP. Right now, I think 11 wins is just a bit too much for Tennessee. The Pick: Under 10 Wins

Baylor 9

The Bears are in the midst of a shocking sexual abuse scandal that looks like it could rock the gridiron program – and university – for years to come. Having said that, I see absolutely no way the Bears win 10 games in 2016 after firing head coach Art Briles a couple of weeks ago. The Pick: Under 9 Wins

Georgia 8.5 (over -145)

With first-year head coach Kirby Smart stepping in to take over for Mark Richt, no one really knows at this points what to expect out of the Bulldogs. While Georgia does have a legitimate Heisman candidate in running back Nick Chubb, they’ve also got a ton of question marks all over the place, including at quarterback where 215 starter Greyson Lambert is no lock to retain his job as he starting job. Right now, I’m thinking reaching nine wins is a stretch for the Dogs and Richt, who I consider mediocre at best. The Pick: Under 8.5 Wins

Florida State 10 (over -120)

The Seminoles went 10-3 last season, but lost elite defensive back Jalen Ramsey and quarterback Everett Golson. Now, heading into 2016, head coach Jimbo Fisher must find out if former starter Sean Maguire or redshirt freshman Deondre Francois will be the team’s starter under center this season. The Seminoles do have one of the most talented players in the country in Heisman Trophy contending running back Dalvin Cook, but have tough matchups against Ole Miss and longtime rivals, Clemson and Florida. Maybe it’s me, but winning 11 games looks like a big stretch to me. The Pick: Under 10 Wins
