You would think that the top 4 would be all locked up and ready to go after Week 13, but there is still the possibility that the Conference Championship Games, which come a week later, may yet change how the Playoff Committee eventually votes. All we can do, though, is take one week at a time to see how things play out. Things essentially stayed the same this past weekend, with the top 4 teams all winning, albeit in less than convincing fashion, to all stay unbeaten at 11-0. That would suggest that the top 4 will remain the same when the committee releases their latest rankings on Tuesday night. Let’s look ahead to the coming NCAAF Betting action to see if we can make some winning O/U predictions for college football Week 13.
Week 13 O/U Betting Picks and Odds | 2022 NCAA Football Lines
Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets at Georgia Bulldogs – OVER 48 ½
The Bulldogs will still be #1 this week after a hard-fought win over Kentucky in Week 12 to deliver a 2nd straight unbeaten season in the SEC. They will close the regular season out against their rivals, the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, in what should be little more than a training session ahead of the SEC Championship Game. The Bulldogs will be looking to get the job done quickly so that they can rest some starters ahead of next week, so look for them to get points on the board early. The Georgia Bulldogs could potentially go OVER on their own this week, but if the second and third string guys do get put in, the Yellow Jackets might get some garbage points at the end.
Auburn Tigers at Alabama Crimson Tide – OVER 48 ½
There will be no Conference Championship Game or playoff spot for either of these teams, but good luck trying to tell everyone involved that this game doesn’t matter. There is a genuine dislike between these programs, which makes the Iron Bowl one to watch every single year, no matter where each team is in the standings. Alabama has been trending toward the UNDER this season, but I have a feeling that we are going to see some back and forth scoring in this one. The OVER has hit in 5 of the last 6 for Auburn, with 4 of their last 5 in conference games also going OVER. I think this number is low enough that these two can quite handily go OVER the total.
UCF Knights at USF Bulls – UNDER 69
This is a game that should end with a comfortable win for the UCF Knights against a USF team that has just 1 win on the season. I think the point total here depends on how much fight USF has in them and how much UCF wants to run up the score. In my opinion, though, all signs seem to point to the UNDER in what is a very big number in the total. The Knights have seen 7 of their last 10 games overall fall UNDER the point total. Perhaps more importantly, though, 6 of the last 9 meetings between these two teams have gone UNDER, so it makes sense to stick with that trend.
