It does make things a little tougher to predict, as these often amount to little more than warmup games for the bigger challenges ahead. Still, with so many games to choose from on the Friday schedule, there are still some wagers that jump off the page. 2022-2023 College Basketball Season

Eastern Washington Eagles (-7) Vs Stony Brook Seawolves

It has been a rocky start to the season for both of these teams, who will be squaring off at a neutral venue today. Both of them are out to a 1-4 start, so both would really like to get another win under their belt and perhaps build some momentum moving forward. Neither one of them has really delivered aby ATS trends that make you sit up and take notice, so much of this is merely playing the hunch that Eastern Washington are just that little bit better and should be able to win and cover here.

Oklahoma Sooners Vs Seton Hall Pirates (-2 ½)

We have what looks to be a rather evenly matched games here, with the Pirates in as a mild favorite. It has been a solid start to the season for both teams, as they come into this one with 4-1 records. While Oklahoma has covered in 8 of their last 12 games, it is worth noting that they are just 2-3 ATS this season. On the flipside, you have a Seton Hall team that has been a very good bet across the board this season. They are 4-1 SU and have the same record against the spread, which is why I like them again here.

Tulsa Golden Hurricane Vs Oklahoma State Cowboys – UNDER 142

Neither one of these teams has really jumped out to a consistent start in the early going. Tulsa is sitting at 2-3 after their opening 5 games, while the Cowboys are a game above .500 over the same stretch. No real surprise then that the Cowboys are in as a bit of a favorite here, but what we are really concerned about in this one is the point total. Given that Oklahoma State is a double-digit favorite, they will likely dictate the pace of this game, which suggests we might be looking at the UNDER, as that is how they have been trending. 6 of the last 7 meetings between these teams have gone UNDER.

California Golden Bears Vs TCU Horned Frogs – OVER 127

There is nothing worse than getting off to a slow start, as the rot can very quickly set in. That is what is happening with the Golden Bears, who are out to an 0-5 start and really feeling the pressure. Things might be about to get a whole lot worse, as we have TCU in as a 13-point favorite for this one, so you would certainly expect the Horned Frogs to get the win. TCU has seen the OVER hit in 4 of their last 5, but perhaps more importantly, the OVER has hit in 6 of their last 7 versus teams from the PAC-12.
