In one of the most interesting games of the opening round of games in the NCAA tournament, the USC Trojans will take on the Providence Friars. This is an 8/9 game, with the winner of this March Madness Odds match up taking on most likely North Carolina in the East Region. The Providence Friars, out of the Big East finished with a 23-10 regular season record, and they finished fourth in the conference standings. The Friars fell in the conference tournament to Villanova. For the USC Trojans, they fell by 8 against Utah in the Pac-12 tournament. The Trojans finished the season 21-12, and were 6th in the Pac-12.
