Why Bet On the Denver Broncos?

Why should you bet on Denver to get some revenge against Kansas City in theirBroncos vs Chiefs NFL Week 8 Odds & Prediction Week 8 AFC West rematch? Because the Broncos looked great this past weekend and they gave the Chiefs all they could handle in their narrow 27-23 home loss against Kansas City in Week 4.

The Broncos are coming off an emphatic 45-10 blowout win over Arizona on Thursday night as wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders threw and caught TD passes and the Broncos had a pair of pick-six touchdown returns against Arizona’s Josh Rosen.

“It has been a tough, tough two weeks,” Denver coach Vance Joseph said. “We had a tough loss on Sunday. We had a short week so it is really good for our football team to win a game. `’

Denver recorded three interceptions and forced Rosen to lose a pair of fumbles in the dominating win. Veteran quarterback Case Keenum passed for 161 yards with one touchdown and one interception while running back Phillip Lindsay rushed for 90 yards on 14 carries with a 28-yard TD run.

Why Bet on The Kansas City Chiefs?

Why should you bet on the Chiefs to beat the Broncos for the second time this season and cover the chalk? There are a bunch of good reasons, starting with the fact that Kansas City leads the league in scoring by averaging a stunning 37.1 points per game, which is almost two touchdowns per game more than the Broncos average (23.5 ppg).

Then there’s the fact that Kansas City has a boatload of talent at the skill positions, starting with star wide receiver Tyreek Hill, running back Kareem Hunt and tight end Travis Kelce.

Broncos vs Chiefs is going to be an offensive battle.

There’s also the fact that Kansas City is playing at home, not to mention the fact that they’ve got the far better quarterback and head coach in this pairing.

The Chiefs put a 45-10 beatdown on a pretty good Cincinnati team on Sunday night as Mahomes tossed three TD passes like they were going out of style.

Expert Final Analysis & Score Prediction for Broncos vs Chiefs

I’m going to get right to the point by saying that I like Patrick Mahomes and Kansas City’s super explosive offense to basically have their way against Denver in this contest. Case Keenum has clearly not been the answer at quarterback that the Broncos were hoping for and I’ve yet to see one thing out of head coach Vance Joseph that makes me believe he has what it takes to succeed as an NFL head coach.

The Broncos have gone a discouraging 4-14-1 ATS in their last 19 games and 2-11 SU and ATS in their last 13 road games. The Chiefs, conversely, are a pristine 5-0 ATS in their last five games, and 6-1 ATS in their last seven home games. I’m expecting a convincing home win for the explosive Chiefs that covers the spread.

Score: Denver Broncos 24 – Kansas City Chiefs 35
