Written by on May 28, 2019

zAfter winning the sixth Super Bowl title in the Tom Brady/Bill Belichick era a year ago, the perennially-power New England Patriots will enter the 2019 season looking to defend their Super Bowl title. As usual, for Brady and company, it’s Super Bowl or bust as they look to claim an unprecedented seventh Super Bowl championship. Will the Pats contend again or will they fail in their attempt to repeat as champs for the second time? If you’re an NFL fan and betting enthusiast that is set to wager on our value-packed NFL Win Total Odds, and you want to know just how many games the Patriots are going to win, then you’re in luck. Thanks to the expert NFL predictions that you’re about to get on each and every game on New England’s upcoming 2019 docket, you’re going to have a great idea of just how many games the Patriots will win this coming season. New England went 11-5 a year ago and closed out the 2018 regular season ranked inside the top 10 in passing and rushing while also finishing fourth in scoring (27.2 ppg). Defensively, the Patriots finished seventh in points allowed (20.3 ppg) despite ranking a discouraging 22nd against the pass. To address their offseason needs, the patriots drafted Arizona State wide receiver N’Keal Harry with the final pick in the first round before adding Vanderbilt cornerback Joejuan Williams and Michigan defensive end Chase Winovich in the second and third rounds respectively.

New England Patriots 2019 NFL Season Win/Loss Total Odds & Betting Prediction

Week 1 vs Pittsburgh

The Patriots lost to the Steelers 17-10 in Pittsburgh in Week 15 a year ago, but the Patriots have dominated their AFC counterparts by going 10-4 against the Steelers since Tom Brady took over as the franchise quarterback. New England gets the big, statement-making win in their regular season and home opener. Win. 1-0.

Week 2 at Miami

The Pats fell to the Fins 34-33 in Week 14 in a game that is now known as the Miami Miracle, but that’s not happening this time around. Brady leads the way to the first of two wins over the Dolphins in 2019. Win. 2-0.

Week 3 vs NY Jets

The Patriots swept the Jets a year and throttled them at home 38-03 in their 2018 regular season finale. New England makes it three straight by getting the win in this one. Win. 3-0.

Week 4 at Buffalo

The Pats swept the Bills a year ago and I like them to repeat that feat in 2019. Win. 4-0.

Week 5 at Washington

There’s no way anyone on Washington’s roster outplays Tom Brady in this one. Win. 5-0.

Week 6 vs NY Giants

This is a game the Patriots should easi9ly win, but I’m going to say that this Week 6 matchup turns out to be one of those inexplicable head-scratchers. Loss. 5-1.

Week 7 at NY Jets

It takes two to make a thing go right NFL betting buffs. Win. 6-1.

Week 8 vs Cleveland

The new-look Browns have some really high hopes heading into 2019, but they won’t get the big road upset in this week 8 meeting. Win. 7-1.

Week 9 at Baltimore

Baltimore’s stout defense and some seriously elusive running from Lamar Jackson helps Baltimore get the hard-fought home win in week 9. Loss. 7-2.

Week 10 BYE

Week 11 at Philadelphia

The Patriots will be well-rested but I’m going with Philadelphia to get the big win in Week 11 because they’re playing at home and likely to be fully focused on the defending champs. Loss. 7-3.

Week 12 vs Dallas

There’s nothing better than watching Dallas lose. I’m sorry, but I’m from Philadelphia. Win. 8-3.

Week 13 at Houston

Deshaun Watson has failed to get past Tom Brady and company in each of the last two seasons, but I’m thinking New England will be ripe for a loss heading into this one. Loss. 8-4.

Week 14 vs Kansas City

After beating the Chiefs 37-31 in a controversial showdown, New England falls in Week 14 despite being at home while Patrick Mahomes and company get some payback for their crushing playoff defeat. Loss. 8-5.

Week 15 at Cincinnati

Despite being on the road, Brady and the Pats dominate a Cincinnati Bengals team that is in a semi-rebuild right now. Win. 9-5.

Week 16 vs Buffalo

Josh Allen tosses two picks at home as the Bills get swept by the Pats – again. Win. 10-5.

Week 17 vs Miami

Break out those brooms NFL bettors. The sweep is going down in this regular season finale. Win. 11-5. I’ve got the Patriots finishing with the same 11 victories they did in 2018. While it’s possible that Pats could win a dozen games or more, I don’t think that’s going to be the case, nor do I see the Pats going the other way and winning 10 games. I’ve got Tom Brady engineering 11 wins, but it could be more than that, but not less.
