With the 2019 NCAA college football regular season now in the rear-view mirror and the final Heisman Trophy odds now on the board, it’s time to take a look at the quartet of finalists that are expected to contend for the most prestigious award in all of college football.

2019 Heisman Trophy Odds, Predictions & Pick

Joe Burrow

  • 2019 Heisman Trophy Odds: -2500

LSU quarterback Joe Burrow is the definitive favorite to win this year’s Heisman and for good reason. The 6’4” strong-armed senior signal-caller set a new SEC record for touchdown passes in a single season (48) while throwing for a whopping 4,715 yards, and just six interceptions. More importantly, Burrow showed up in a big way to lead the Tigers to a handful of big-time wins over elite opponents like Auburn, Alabama, Florida and Georgia. Right now, Burrow is as close to a lock to win the Heisman as it gets!

Justin Fields

  • 2019 Heisman Trophy Odds: +1200

The 6’3” sophomore was a five-star recruit at Georgia before bolting to become the starter at Ohio State, so he’s definitely got the pedigree. Field had a monster season by throwing for 2,953 yards with 40 TD passes and a mind-boggling one interception. Fields has also rushed for 471 yards and an additional 10 touchdowns in his first season as a full-time starter.

Chase Young

  • 2019 Heisman Trophy Odds: +2000

Ohio State’s junior defensive end was the most dominating defensive player in all of college football and he’s a potential No. 1 overall pick in next year’s NFL Draft. Young recorded an impressive 16.5 sacks and 21 TFLs in 11 games. However, Young was slowed in the Buckeyes’ final two games against Michigan and Wisconsin. In any other year, Young would really contend, but this year, he’s facing a real uphill battle to beat out Burrow.

Jalen Hurts

  • 2019 Heisman Trophy Odds: +2500

After losing his starting job at Alabama, Hurts has remade himself as a potential Heisman winner at Oklahoma. Hurts passed for a stellar 3,634 yards with 32 TD passes and a modest seven interceptions while adding a stupendous 1,255 rushing yards and an additional 18 scores. Hurts would likely be the favorite in any other year, but it’s kind of hard to surpass what Joe Burrow has done at LSU this season.

2019 Heisman Trophy Prediction

It just doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that Joe Burrow is by far, the best choice to win this year’s Heisman trophy award. Burrow showed out when it mattered most by toasting Georgia in the SEC title tilt and I believe his latest performance was the icing on the cake! Burrow wins and it’s not even close!

Winner: Joe Burrow
