Does the program you’re planning on betting on or against do more with less like Boise State, or do they underachieve despite their high talent levels like Georgia?Make sure you know each team’s overall talent base levels, particularly early on when flat-out talent can often overcome a better coached team.
Motivation
Does the team you’re planning on betting on early have a ton of motivation like Clemson Tigers did this season or are they trying coming off an overachieving campaign that may have given them false hope that they are going to be better than they were a year ago?Teams with tons of motivation are more likely to get off to a better start than teams who are maybe a bit entitled or overachieved a year earlier.
