Dickey (3-2, 3.94 ERA) limited the Mets to three earned runs on three hits on four hits in 6.0 innings of Atlanta’ 9-7 win over New York on Tuesday.With both teams dropping three of four heading into Friday’s series opener, I’m going to urge you to back the Atlanta Braves at home in this matchup simply because they’ve given R.A. Unfortunately, Sale is just 8-6 with a high 4.58 ERA in 16 career starts against the Twins.While Sale has been rock-solid for the BoSox in his first season in Beantown, Minnesota’s Ervin Santana (5-0, 0.66 ERA) has been even better for the surprising Twins this season. The veteran right-hander tossed six shutout innings against Oakland on Tuesday in Minnesota’s 9-1 win and has compiled the lowest ERA of any starter in the majors this season.For this matchup, I’m going to advise you to back the Minnesota Twins simply because Ervin Santana has been absolutely overpowering so far in 2017.
